Spent a week here preparing for my daughters wedding. The host was very accommodating and very easy to work with. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. The house is well decorated. The beds all very comfortable. This house has everything you need and very much felt like home. Not a complaint more of an FYI. If you aren't using the basement area, this portion won't effect your stay at all!The basement bathroom is listed as a full bathroom and technically is but the shower, although functional isn't really usable as it's in a utility space. The shower has overhead nozzle and a ring curtain as well as a drain hose on the floor. Also, in this space is the water heater, storage space, the laundry and there was also other things like paint and tools. I did feel like there should have been a door on the area to separate from the living space.

We traveled to Omaha as a family for our son‘s wedding. Eight of us fit very comfortably (with extra space!) for a long weekend. The neighborhood is adorable. This property is located in a terrific, vibrant, and safe part of town and it is well cared for. Communication with the property owner was pleasant and easy. Property owner very responsive to needs, but our needs were more than met the minute we walked in,. Excellent space and property loaded with everything you could want/need and plus more. The kitchen is fully stocked with items beyond typical: all the usual needs, but also a griddle, ninja blender, drip coffee maker, with all the coffee accoutrements, microwave, utensils, and tools galore. The beds were very comfortable. You can imagine all the towels we needed with eight people staying on property for a long weekend. There was a linen closet with way more towels than we even needed to last throughout the entire weekend. The basement bathroom is extremely small and the shower is tiny. We used the two upstairs showers so that was not a problem. This property is walking distance from great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We will absolutely stay there again. It made a very special home for a very specialweekend.

We had a great stay here for our daughter’s college graduation. The house has great space, the kitchen is fabulous, and the backyard and garage were perfect for gathering our family after the ceremony. We loved it!

We had 25 female financial advisors fly in from all over to attend the BRK meeting. We rented 5 VRBO’s and this was one of the best. The location was perfect - a true neighborhood so our runners of the group were in heaven.

Management was attentive to all of our needs. Responsive to various needs we needed. We stayed for 22 nights and would recommend this place and location to anyone no matter their stay. This home was clean and was located so close to restraunts and ice cream. We walked to dinner. Felt right at home in the neighborhood and house. Neighbors were lovely. Quiet neighborhood as well. The house was spacious and so clean and well stocked with everything we needed the entire stay. Can not thank management wnough for keeping this place in tip top shape And communicating with us as needed.

We had an unpleasant experience at this house due to unclear pricing and unexpected fees. The website lists the cost of the stay per night but only in the fine print does it mention that there are also extra charges per person. As a result, we were charged several hundred dollars more than expected which we only realized after booking. While we understand that it’s our responsibility to update the number of guests, we were well below the maximum allowed and didn’t anticipate it would result in such a significant additional cost.To make matters worse, we received a contact notifying us of having 6 people (the house sleeps 12) in the house, based on cameras that are not mentioned in the listing as required by VRBO. We found this surveillance intrusive and unsettling.As VRBO owners ourselves, we would never treat our guests this way. We recommend being very cautious and clarifying all charges and policies before booking here.

Well appointed. Beautifully decorated. Easy to communicate with host.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with my mom and 4 sons and it was perfect. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet older neighborhood with towering trees and beautiful homes with some wonderful local business on the next street over. The check-in and check-out process were so simple and the house was very well stocked with all the basic amenities and more. We especially loved pulling up to the garage in the backyard and closing the gate so my youngest could wander while we unloaded and loaded the car each day. The size of the house was perfect for my family and we especially loved the spacious kitchen with huge windows and the attic space. The host was very quick to respond to messages, so I’m confident they would have done whatever they could if we had any needs or issues. I would definitely book this again.

This house was located in such a cute neighborhood with surrounding restaurants, parks, and activities perfect for our weekend visit. The hosts were very responsive and the house included everything we could have needed!

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Excellent location and beautiful home.
