The beds were very comfortable. The facility was not clean. My wife cleaned for an hour before unpacking. The thermostat on the hot tub was not accurate at all. 2 of us own hot tubs. Temp was set at 103. It was so hot you couldn't even be in it. Turned it down to 97 and it was probably then 105. Coffee pot took an hour to brew a pot, even after cleaning. Kurig will fill half a cup. Absolutely filthy under the beds on the main floor with the vinyl flooring. A lot of other areas not clean at all. Wouldn't stay there again because the cost was way too much considering some of the things we wanted to use didn't work.

Another great stay! We have rented it several times and it never disappoints. Large enough to accomodate several couples and the location is convenient and on the trolley route.

The lodge is a nice clean space with a lot of room. The big deck was nice for sitting around and talking. The garage was cool as a party room. Its nice that the trolly stopped there. Will be staying there again. A lot of parking space and easy to find lodge. When sitting on deck you could hear a stream and the mountain views where nice

1/2 the appliances either didn’t work or worked poorly , everything was outdated, mattresses are worn out . The fact that you have to walk through someone’s bedroom to use the bathroom is not cool at all ! Garage floor has a river in it when it rains which could be easily fixed by cleaning and repairing the gutters and downspouts. The pictures in the add are deceiving.

Everything was as advertised. The grill and blackstone made meals and cleanup simple and easy. Garage/Gathering area was perfect to keep most activity away from main sleeping areas. We enjoyed our stay and recommend for anyone in the deadwood area.

Perfect place, description was spot on!! We couldn’t have found a better place to be together. Seven sibling and family with plenty of space to hang out together or in small groups. Check in was seamless, team was responsive any questions. We had everything we expected. Kitchen, deck and community spaces were our frequent hang outs. The party room and hot tub were a hit. Having the trolly stop right in front was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed Deadwood. Day trips to Mount Rushmore, Spearfish Canyon, Custer… All close and memorable. We had a blast and could not recommend more highly. I am sure family members will be back. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Fantastic property, lots of space and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! We all had a great time. The Trolley stop was a great perk. Close to many sites. Lots of room for vehicles and trailer. Extra parking area was beneficial for the smaller kids to play.
