Stayed Nov 7, 2025We were told we could check in early as the cleaner had finished. When we walked through the house it was filthy and had not been cleaned at all. Kitchen had sticky benches, food splatters on the cupboards. The bathrooms were all dirty, dead cockroach squashed on the mirror, hair & fingernails everywhere. A cupboard downstairs was full of mould and pillows on the lounge were dirty and stained. We then found a heap of broken glass on the back patio. House is advertised as 5 bedroom but is only 4 with a sofa bed. Also no spa as advertised. Beyond disappointed with this stay.
