Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, mini ironing board available. Owner communicated effectively and responsive to messages. Grocery store and fast food are close.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025Cute, close to campus place, with an easy check in process. Place was clean however, there was a huge roach hiding under the towel in the bathroom so owner will need to do property spray and maintain it.

Therefore, we were able to walk to family events held on campus without needing to concern ourselves about securing parking.Communicating with Midge, the host, was easy and timely, as the wintery weather impacted our ability to drive up and check in.Every room was clean and matched the description of the listing.Would definitely use again!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024We came in for the State Fair and NC State Open House, the house is well located and has quick access to both the University and the Fairgrounds. It was decorated nicely and everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Would stay here again.
