OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Step into pure Palm Springs outdoor living. The yard is private, spacious, and oriented around stunning mountain views. Lounge by the kidney-shaped pool, relax in the spa, freshen up in the outdoor shower, or enjoy cocktails at the outdoor bar with its own fire feature. Alfresco dining, BBQ grilling, and a separate firepit lounge make it easy to spend your entire day outside, soaking in the desert sun and the glow of star-filled evenings. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee.     Host was great. Backyard is amazing. Very close to downtown and convenient to Joshua Tree. Adorable decor, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return!

    We had a great time at the Bubble Gum house! The spacious backyard with the pool, hot tub and multiple seating areas was PERFECT. The kitchen was well stocked and there was coffee (coffee pot has a reusable filter) and tea. We did get a bit warm during the evening since the air does not go below 74, but it was not unbearable. The neighborhood is the perfect mix of mid century modern houses and Steve McQueen’s home was one block over. Such a fun time and we recommend doing the Aerial tram, Joshua Tree NP, and eating at High Moon for brunch.

    The property was super cute! We loved the outdoor space and spent the majority of our time in/by the pool. Even though it was still a bit warm at night we also enjoyed the fire features. Overall we had a great experience staying here!

    We enjoyed staying at this recently redone property. The interior rooms are a bit small and the walls are a bit thin but the backyard is quite large and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool, jacuzzi and firepits. A/C locked at no less than 74 degrees and it was a bit hot at night. There are sliding doors in every room with no screens but no windows in the house which proved difficult to achieve cross ventilation through the house at night with bedroom doors closed. The bathrooms also are very small, albeit very clean and water pressure was good. Despite trying to obviously achieve a certain aesthetic, furniture in the living room was not very comfortable or ideal for gathering to watch tv, etc. Couch was very small/narrow and only one person could stretch out (and only two small throw pillows). Would be much better/user friendly if there was a sectional and less chairs. Kitchen was functional but lacks a bit in storage space and the fridge is wedged against an exterior wall which made it a bit difficult to get items in/out of the freezer. Oven is a bit slow to heat up and reheat, especially after opening to check on the status of items being cooked. Property is in the north and so you are in the flight path of the airport which is a bit annoying but mountain views are epic, especially from the hot tub. One note: power lines run across the backyard behind the property and these are not pictured in any of the photos so best to face towards the mountains and enjoy the natural beauty.

    We enjoyed our stay at Bubblegum. The house is nicely decorated has a beautiful pool and spa and is in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Palm Springs. Palm Springs is very strict about noise levels not allowing music outside and children must play quietly. This does make the neighborhood peaceful but if you have children please be aware of these ordinances. The folks at Acme were very helpful and did their best to make our stay pleasant.
