This house was absolutely beautiful & spacious. I loved how you could sit in the hot tub & look out at the lake. The views were spectacular from just about every bedroom. Oh & the beds were so comfortable. We also enjoyed the game room & the surround sound. We plan to make this a yearly get away.

This is a terrific property with a great owner. Everything worked just as advertised. This home is great fun. I would highly recommend it.

This property was comfortable and had everything we needed! Great for large families. I will say the deck needs some repairs but overall the kitchen was fully equip and the game room was a hit for the kids. Views were 10/10 and the sound system was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely give this home five stars. The lake views are incredible! You can see water from every window, and the sunsets were beautiful.We traveled with multiple generations, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The game room was a hit, and we loved fishing off the dock.We loved the sound system, especially the speakers on the patio and dock. We visited over Easter weekend, and the location was perfect as a central meeting spot for family traveling from Illinois, Kansas City, and Mizzou.Great views, great amenities, and great for families! We would love to come back!

The home was exactly what we expected and more. The views, space, amenities, and all around feel were PERFECTION! The game room is a game changer, for kids or kid like adults. Lol We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Lake of the Ozarks rental! This is our groups third year renting this home. The house is perfectly situated right over the lake, with stunning views that we never got tired of. Sitting in the hot tub overlooking the water was hands-down our favorite part—so relaxing, especially in the evenings. The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for a great getaway. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and fun, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Our Host is easy to get a hold of, and very helpful if we needed anything or had any questions. We will continue come back and highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the lake, any time of year!

We loved everything about our stay! Anthony was very responsive and accommodating! The house was decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful! The game room was a big hit with the kids and adults alike, as was the hot tub!! There was so much room for everyone to have their own space. Everyone enjoyed the access to the lake, whether we were just looking out over it or fishing. We highly recommend this property for your next getaway.

The place was extremely clean & the kitchen was well equipped. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. There were 7 adults & we did not feel crowded. Anthony was accommodating & easy to work with.

Host was very accommodating, and this is our second stay here. The kids have a great time playing pool and the arcade games on site. Multiple trips to the hot tub in the freezing temps made for a great trip!

This is our second time staying at this house. It is the perfect place to retreat and relax. We love the view while sitting in the deck and being surrounded by water. We did have an issue with the hot tub filters and couldn’t get any response to get it fixed. We were able to make it work for our couple of days. Other than that it was an excellent stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

This is a really beautiful property and it suited my family very well. Great kitchen; great game space; BEAUTIFUL views. We were there off season and it was extremely quiet, just as we like it.

The house and amenities were AMAZING! We were on our annual girls trip and had the best time! Once we checked in we never left! The game room was so much fun! The host was responsive and welcoming!

Everything about the house and the host was 5 stars! It was great. The house has a fantastic view which is what attracted me to it to begin with, but how nice the house is along with all of the entertainment options sent it over the top. I had a couple of requests for the host, and he did everything possible to make them happen. I can't imagine a better experience and would highly recommend this home and host to anyone else.

It’s a beautiful home with the best lake view

We have 15 of us. 4 different families. It was roomy enough for all of us. We really enjoyed the video games. One downstairs for a couple of family memebers who really couldnt go upstairs. 2 upstairs and the game room is full of games. We caught some fish. Did some hiking.

Very clean with great views of the channel, plenty of beds for 10 folks or more, and maxed out bathrooms and showers. We caught a 5lb catfish off the deck. The dock has a cleaning station and is very nice as well. BBQ grill was nice. The great room was superb to watch the Chiefs game and ALCS. Great golf courses around the area with grocery stores near by. Would definitely rent again. We were so busy golfing and enjoying the property we did not have time to use the game room which is nice with billiards and golf game. The owner was very responsive and customer friendly.

Great house for 4 couples. Deck is amazing but could use some loungers to lay out on. Otherwise plenty of seating for everyone and communication was great with host. Everything you need in the kitchen. Big fridge and double oven.

Everything was great and the house definitely lived up to our expectations and more. The unpaved road down to the house was a little surprise as we were traveling on motorcycles. The back porch and the views were fantastic but the cleaning crew could do a better job cleaning outside as there were alot of spiders / webs on the outdoor furniture.

This property is exactly as pictured…and does not disappoint! We stayed with 16 ppl, my parents in their 70’s, 4 adults in our 40s and 10 “kids” ranging from 21-13. We would highly recommend this property. The game room was a high hit with everyone- and we spent so much time enjoying the outdoor space and the lake itself. This home is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need- a full size freezer in the laundry pantry area- large fridge plus a stand up refrigerator freezer in the game room/ we had so much space for everything we brought! Communication with management was a breeze and every question we had was answered very quickly when planning our trip. We had the perfect lake vacation at this beautiful home! You won’t go wrong booking the Brownstone!

Our second stay at Brownstone and it was better than the first! Extremely clean, well stocked in the kitchen, amazing location, not too busy even on the weekend and our favorite watering hole, Captain Ron’s just a short boat ride or paddle board away! Trying another of Anthony’s properties for next year and booked already as we left today! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect property for our family reunion and we loved every second of our stay! From sunrise coffee on the deck, to grilling and chilling, sunset wine, boating, tubing, and midnight swims, this property had everything we needed. The games offered something for everyone, and the beds were welcoming and comfortable when we exhausted ourselves at the end of each day. Anthony was friendly, provided great communication, and kept us in the loop. 10/10 would stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful time, stayed there for a week. Excellent location, and a beautiful view of the water. We also found lots of delicious restaurants and bars nearby. Indoor sound system and game room made staying in a blast, too! Very responsive owner and maintenance team. A lovely place to get the full flavor the Ozarks have to offer!

Brownstone was a great family get away to celebrate my birthday. It was clean, well taken care of and easy to find. Being right at the tip of the point was a plus because we were able to see all the boaters come on by. Definitely will be coming back again and again.

We had the most amazing time in the Ozarks over the weekend. The house was perfection. The layout, cleanliness, amenities, and comfort exceeded our expectations. I enjoy cooking for the family, and they had everything you need in the kitchen, making it really convenient. We also took advantage of the boat rentals, which I'd definitely suggest. It was a great way to tour the popular spots of the lake! Great memories, and time spent with loved ones.

We rented this house to Celebrate our kids graduating high school and our daughter graduating Army AIT. The location is absolutely amazing. It’s right on the water. The neighbors gave my kids tips on fishing because we watched them catch fish all day while we were barely catching any. The neighbors were very friendly. Anthony is very attentive. He fixed any problems we had immediately. Thank you we appreciate all of y’all’s hospitality.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood on the lake. Communication with the host was excellent. Rooms were clean. Plenty of entertainment to be had in the game room. Would highly recommend.

Place was very clean and very welcoming! Entire group had a blast on the deck, in hot tub, game room, and on the dock. Perfect check in and check out was extremely easy and surround sound system was perfect for the occasion! Would recommend to anyone and definitely coming back to this house next Ozarks trip.

One of the best locations on the lake so far and i tend to visit the Ozarks multiple times during the year. Great home, plenty of activities and options and of course great views. Quick responses from the manager as well and made many family memories. Highly recommend for the location and views alone.

We shared this home with two other families while we were playing youth baseball in the area at a Lake of the Ozarks tournament. The house was better than the listing photos. The views, the game room, the deck, and main living space were all so perfect for our group! Great home, we hope to stay again!

Golf weekend for 8 guys. Weather was not in our favor and rained most of the time. The house was awesome. Plenty of space, location was great and many activities to keep us entertained. The game room in the garage was used most of the stay. Everything was better than advertised..and the host was terrific. Rain or shine this the house you want to rent for a friends or large family gathering.

Only stayed one night with part of our group before staying in a larger home from same host who was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Beds were so comfortable. Home is very clean. Weren't able to use the hot tub since it needed maintenance. We did enjoy the fire pit once we got it started with a lighter. Very quiet evening on the deck.

All four of our kids brought a friend plus my wife and I made 10 of us in the house and it wasn't crowded at all. Plenty to do in the house and we weren't on top of each other. The outside was perfect!!! The sunrises were BEAUTIFUL. I enjoyed coffee outside every morning. Sound system in the house was very easy to use on the Sonos App. Overall great House. Will likely stay again.Josh H

Great Spring Break getaway! Plenty of things at the house to keep 4 kids happy for 5 days! 10/10 would recommend!

Overall it was great, listing was accurate and we had wonderful views of the lake. The sound system was really nice for music and the game room was loads of fun. The place had plenty of space and parking wasn't bad for 4 cars.

I would give this property a 5 stars the check in process was so smooth when we arrived at the house it was exactly how described on the listing but even better when in person the location is great and the view is phenomenal!! Everything was perfect the hot tub was so clean and refreshing !! Plenty of room we had 4 adults 5 teenagers and 2 kids under 5! There were so many pans to choose from while cooking. We used the grill plenty of times during the stay if your looking to get away and relax for a weekend I would definitely book with anything this property is amazing!!! He also gifted a bottle of wine!! We will definitely be back!

Our family of 10 (2 infants) stayed at the Brownstone house and it had everything we needed for our family. Plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, and seating. Lots of games and activities to keep us busy all weekend long. Short drive to the grocery store to stock up and just down from the honkytonk bar. The home itself and the view were just immaculate

This house was so cool and so beautiful! It was super clean as well and so well thought out with the decor and game room and cute game loft area. The outside deck with hot tub had such a beautiful view and was so relaxing. Anthony is always a great host. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this house.

We had an amazing stay. There were nine of us on a weekend girls trip. The view was beautiful. The sound system was built in and we loved that . The kitchen was very accommodating and there was an extra fridge in the game room if we needed it. The sleeping situation worked out well for our size. Check in and check out was a breeze and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this place. Kids would love it for all the games as well!

We looked for a place that we could have my wife’s 50th bday party and a place we found! We loved it!! The view, the rooms, the games! The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook!! The deck was great with the grills, firepit and hot tub! Everyone decided that we should come back every year so it looks like we are going to try!!!! Parking was a little tricky but other than that, this place was OUTSTANDING!!!

Lovely home and great weekend!

This property was a perfect get away for our group of 7, for a long weekend birthday celebration! Even with snow and near sub zero temperatures, we enjoyed our time cooking together in a well appointed kitchen, playing board games and watching movies in the spacious open areas of the dining and great rooms, playing in the game room, and just relaxing. The hot tub was also a great addition to our experience. The bedrooms were fantastic with nice beddings - don’t be put off by the bunk beds in this house, they were very comfortable too. I imagine we will return to this property again in the future.

We rented this house for a fun winter family getaway, it did not disappoint. Plenty to do for all ages. Only water activity was fishing, but that was even a success. We would consider a return.

So, when we first found this property on VRBO we thought it was too good to be true because of the price and the quality of the property. We booked anyway and let me tell you, this place was phenomenal!! The pictures really made the place look enticing but they didn't do this property justice!! My family was blown away by the quality of this property and the hosts friendly nature! They were very accommodating and the property so far exceeded our expectations that I couldn't even believe it. We will be staying here again when we visit the Ozarks in the spring or summer for sure!!! If I could give 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough!!!

The property was fantastic. We visited during off-peak season but still had a wonderful time. The property is on a peninsula so surrounded on 3 sides by water with plenty of windows to enjoy the views. The kitchen was comfortable and well-equipped for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The game room kept the kids (and adults) entertained. Our group of 16 all slept comfortably. Favorite part might have been T-day polar plunge off the private dock. Antho y was a great host and very accessible and communicative.

This house was exactly as listed and was perfect for our group. We had 13 adults visiting for a long weekend in the off season. Check in and check out were the easiest I have ever Walt with at the Lake. It was a beautiful house with lots of windows and views of the lake. We will definitely be back!!

The host is absolutely wonderful the house is amazing. I rented this Vrbo for a girl cousins annual trip. My cousins could not stop telling me how much they loved this place. First off there is a game room. It’s located in the garage and the garage door is glass so the first thing you see is the game room with a big screen tv. They have a golf game, air hockey, pool table with ping pong table top, a hunting game, and pub style poker table with a full size fridge. Then you enter the living room and there is another large screen tv in a beautiful custom made entertainment center. They have a large comfy leather sofa and recline and a bar with a whine refrigerator, ice maker and small sink. The kitchen is behind the living room and agaim absolutely gorgeous. There is a bedroom off of the kitchen and a full bathroom. The deck has grill, flattop , hot tub, fire pit and the coolest light fixture that are metal palm trees. Large 2 boat dock with lily pad. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with bathroom and huge comfortable bed with a trundle bed that is also comfortable. Another room with a double bed that connects to a bathroom. Through the bathroom is another bedroom with bunkbeds a d a closet big enough for another bunkbed. The bunk beds are double beds. More than enough room for 15 people. The lost upstairs has another day bed and pacman game. We were here during off season and honestly didn’t even need to leave the house except for groceries and a boat ride. Amazing

It was a beautiful home, very clean and had everything you would need. Game room was great for entertainment. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking utensil you could need. Our group of 12 were ages from 60-85 and this was not the best for all the stairs to the first landing and then the additional steps into each bedroom. Upon arrival, one member fell going into her bedroom and hit her face on the corner of the bed causing swelling & bruising, kind of ruined it for her and our family pictures. There is also another issue we wanted to bring to your attention. We enjoyed being outside on the deck with the beautiful view, however the deck is in need of repair and is not safe. There were loose boards on the floor that caused several of us to trip and made us feel some of the flooring may fall through. There was also a floor vent in the dining area that was not secure to the floor. Another suggestion would be to power wash the cobwebs off of the exterior of the house. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but wanted to bring these issues to your attention to avoid injury to others.

Spacious house was great for a group of friends to hang out for the weekend. Plenty to do on the property- we didn’t feel like we had to leave to be entertained. Listing represented the property well! Awesome view and amenities! Anthony provided more than adequate information about the home and area, along with suggestions for other things to do. We’d love to stay again in the summer to be able to use the property to its full extent!

Location was amazing!!! We had 8 of us in our group, we used both of the Master Suites, one up and one on the main living along with the other two bedrooms upstairs. The bunk room is set up great, sleeps 10, 1 twin set of bunks were it a walk in closet with a Jack & Jill bathroom connected to another bedroom. The kitchen was nice and had everything you would ever need. We had a friend that lived in the area that had a beautiful Tri-toon, she took us out exploring and really getting to see the area and learn some history by boat. We loved the hot tub and fire pit on the deck, and the Glider rocker swivel chairs were so comfy!! Fun game room in the garage as well.

We had a group of 12 elderly ladies. Not one complaint. We enjoyed the house, the view, and the comfort. Anthony has thought of everything to make you comfortable. We are looking forward to returning.

Brownstone was an outstanding place for our family of six adults and five children. There was plenty of room and the home was in great shape. It was a perfect location on the water especially on the shootout weekend. The hot tub and game room gave us plenty of things to do and the open kitchen/dining/living rooms were great for family meals and activities. Anthony was also awesome to work with. Highly recommend the brownstone!

We go to the lake every year and this by far is the best one yet. We for sure will be back again. Anthony has been a great host. The house has some of the best views that pictures don’t do justice. Awesome game room that kept everyone entertained at night. The house is also in a great location not far from many popular places to go on the lake.

Perfect location for a fun family get away. We are a family of 12. Grandparents, 2 sets of parents, kids ages 5 through 24. Plenty of space. Lots of light. Clean & large bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Game room meant no boredom for the kids, not even for a minute. Hot tub on the deck with spectacular views. Boat slips if you decide to rent a boat. We loved this trip and the location!!

Its a very nice vacation home. Just as advertised. The game room was a lot of fun. Plenty of room for everybody to be together or be in separate area's. We would definitely rent again.
