Brooks Hill Lodge Home: Spacious, Hot Tub

Location is great and house distrubition excellent. However the house was not clean enough, bathrooms had some details of cleaning, some of the kitchen cutlery were dirty and worst part were the Sofas, the kids found cheerios, pop corn and candy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfectly located and beautiful. Our biggest draw back was the cleanliness. My two year old found food under the couches and the bathroom sinks/shower and the kitchen sink had some mold. The coffee pot was also left dirty so we just went out for coffee. Beds were all comfy but the twin bedroom blinds didn’t work so the were stuck open and we had to place pillows in the window to try and sleep past sunrise. It’s a very pricy to not be as clean as a hotel would’ve been. Overall we did have a perfect weekend.

We loved our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to town, but a more secluded feel. There was a good amount of towels, fans, pillows, kitchenware. The hot tub was clean and nice on cool evenings. We would definitely stay again.

There were a few things that needed to be fixed. The most important ones were the oven and the main bathroom toilet. A repair person was sent to repair the toilet but we still had to remove the lid and jiggle the mechanics to get the water to fill to flush it. Couldn’t raise the large shade in main bedroom because it was broken. Oven never heated properly. The house was beautiful and in a great location and if repairs are made I would definitely book there again

Nice place for a big family. Kitchen had everything. Not a bad walk to town, and close to a few walking trails. Seen a few moose an a black bear.

Wonderful property

Wonderful accommodations in a beautiful home very close to Main street. It was everything we needed.

The house was great for ski trip with large group of family and friends. Loved the hot tub after long day of skiing and had a moose walk past while sitting in hot tub! Communication with property managers was great too

I can't say enough positive things about this property. The house itself is beautiful and the layout is perfect for a large family. The location was just 3 mins driving to the center of town, restaurants and skiing. The check process was simple. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property! Minor issue with water and the maintenance response. Also unaware of second maintenance issue and arrival of repair man. Even with these issues the family had a wonderful time!

The bathrooms were nice. The master bathroom window leaked; the company did not do anything about it. The hot tub was dirty and when finally got cleaned they did not even turn it on to warm up. After numerous emails asking for an early check in and the home cleaners leaving the house we still sat in the driveway waiting to get in. I do not feel Summit rentals cared at all that we were waiting in the driveway for house.

The house was immaculate, and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is huge. The bathrooms are all very well appointed, and the steam mister in the shower was a big hit with the dry mountain air. Large and level backyard was great for the kids to play catch and older relatives to safely walk. We enjoyed great views of the changing leaves from the deck. BBQ with a main gas line hook up was a nice feature. The only downside was being close to Boreas Pass Rd and thus the sound of traffic, but I should have paid closer attention to location on booking, and it was probably busier than normal with peak leaf peeping weekend. Close walking distance to Breckenridge Troll, and for those that like a longer walk, easily walkable to town.We would definitely go back

I would recommend to any large party of people. Pleanty of room to spread out, great kitchen, spa and more. Tucked a couple minutes from town, this location was greatness. Property manager/rep was also super responsive. Much appreciated.
