This spacious and beautiful 2-bedroom townhouse with woodland views is located in the heart of Goshen, New Hampshire.

Rent this townhouse and you will find yourself in the quintessential New England town, nestled in the foothills of Mount Sunapee in Sullivan County.

You could drive right through the center of town on your way to Newport or Keene, past the Town Hall, The Goshen Country Store and the Olive G. Pettis Library, and you may not notice anything worth slowing down for. However, there is much to do in Goshen if you know where to look.

One of the state's best-kept secrets, Gunnison Lake, fondly called The Goshen Ocean by local residents, is a tranquil spot for canoeing and bird-watching. For a pleasant walk, take the Ruth LeClair Memorial Trail, a three-mile loop around the lake.

This spacious townhome comes with 2 bedrooms and allows for plenty of sleeping arrangements if you need to accommodate a larger family gathering or a special celebration.

The location was ideal for skiing at Mt. Sunapee, but unfortunately, several issues led to an overall disappointing stay. The biggest problem was the lack of running water in the morning, which left us unable to use the kitchen, bathroom, or even access drinking water — basic necessities that we expect when staying anywhere. Additionally, the WiFi stopped working, and since this area has limited cell service, reliable WiFi is crucial. We also encountered a shortage of toilet paper. While we contacted the host about this, we didn’t receive a response until a few hours later, after we had already purchased toilet paper ourselves. The bedrooms also become ridiculously hot making in difficult to get good rest. Due to these issues, particularly the lack of water, we ended up leaving earlier than planned. Any rental without running water is unacceptable and unhygienic, but this in continuation with other issues was quite disappointing given the amount we paid for this stay.

It was fine for a night. However the house was SO HOT. We had to turn the heat all the way down to get the upstairs even remotely bearable to sleep in. I was sweating. I ended up on the couch because the bedroom was too hot. It must have been 80 in the bedrooms. Pack shorts for sleeping even in winter.Wifi info needs updating. In all communication it was incorrect. It must be a new router. Had to look at the router to connect.

Nothing fancy about this condo. Simply appointed, but everything one needs for an affordable option near Mt Sunapee ski resort. Innkeepers very accessible. Bedrooms were warm and cozy! Would stay again. Many thanks!

Very nice drive here, close to Mount Sunapee and several lakes and natural attractions. Cottage itself is cozy and would be good for hanging out and entertaining. Nice reasonably priced option for travelers and enjoying New England

Nice apartment in townhouse, clean and well prepared, quiet neighborhood. Fits nicely family of four. Sunapee resort is ~10 minutes drive, so we had nice and relaxing time.

The property is an duplex attached to the agent gps coordinates had us staying at a hotel instead of a house which actually was further down the street got very lost because it's in the woods and mountains it was an ok apartment wasn't very clean they hadn't emptied the trash before we arrived and they had an envelope asking for a tip 400 dollars for one night this place was definitely not worth that
