Stayed Sep 8, 2025Large spaces worked well with our two dogs. Large driveway for parking, and great walking distance to Kings Beach businesses. As mentioned by others, much of the interior is dated, and the exterior is rough.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024We enjoyed our stay as the location is so close to the beach! However, for the price, the property is getting a bit worn down and could use a little tender loving care in the form of deferred maintenance. The hot tub was nice; however, the backyard really needs to be cleaned up in order to use.
