BROADWAY BREEZE ~ Close to Beach /Shopping/Dining ~ Heated Pool - Spa - Sleeps 8

The property was very adequate for our family of 9, 6 of them adults. It was very pretty and as pictured on Vrbo. Unfortunately, we walked into a leaking ceiling which resulted in 3 days of water dripping into containers on the dining room table.

What a lovely home! We were there for a golf tournament and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Beautifully appointed and well maintained. Great communication with Dave. We will definitely be back! M and A

We chose this house for family in town for a wedding and it was perfect! First, I must say, the host is AMAZING! Very responsive, helpful and kind. The home is cozy with warm pine floors,beautiful furnishings and artwork. My family couldn't say enough about how comfortable they were at Broadway Breeze.The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the kitchen was excellently stocked. The pool and hot tub are lovely too! I would recommend this house to anyone who visits St. Simons and wants to experience real island charm. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, the beach and the village. You will not be disappointed! Thank you for making my family feel so comfortable and welcome!

The house was exactly as described and well stocked with amenities. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay. Location was perfect and the property manager was most attentive. Definitely looking forward to booking this rental again.

Broadway Breeze is a fantastic place to stay! The location was perfect for exploring both local attractions and the nearby beach. The house is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen made our stay feel like home. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. My family takes a trip to St. Simons every summer and Broadway Breeze was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed! The house is beautiful and the layout is wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with spices and seasonings and anything you would need to cook an incredible meal. We did have one small hiccup with the downstairs thermostat, but Dave responded quickly and had it repaired in an hour. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Broadway Breeze for you next trip.

We had such a wonderful time! The house and pool were perfect, the location was perfect and Dave, the host, was so nice.

This home is a slice of history amongst live oak trees draping with moss. It’s comfortable, clean and very well stocked. Our family loved the pool and hot tub that we mostly used as an additional portion of the pool (not heated). The island is gorgeous, and we enjoyed great food, ice cream, shopping at the village, exploring on a golf cart and nearby Ft Frederica and Driftwood Beach on Jekyll. This house has a great location, as well. We had an issue with hot water, but Dave was great with communication and instantly responded to correct the issue. We would love to return. If you’re hesitant, don’t be! This home and island are perfect!

A beautiful house and pool, perfect for a large group. The host was very responsive and the listing was spot on. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week, including pool towels. Good location and an easy bike ride to the beach to shopping.
