Stayed Aug 29, 2025To start, I could not have asked for any better communication from the host. Robert is so kind, and very thorough. I booked my stay (a bit last minute) at his house for a full weekend of wedding festivities happening at Deer Valley Ranch (which is located just past Mt Princeton Hot Springs Resort). Robert ensured that his home was my biggest convenience of the weekend. On that note, the location is absolutely perfect if you are staying in the area for any reason. It is a great proximity to all local attractions, yet secluded enough to feel the peace and tranquility of the mountains. The design and decor of the house is truly impeccable. I'm a bit biased as the minimalistic style is personally my favorites. Although it was just my partner and I staying there, the space is set up perfectly for a larger families or a few getting together. I wish we could have spent more time at the house. I was able to cook some solid meals, iron our clothes, and clean up throughout the busy weekend schedule we had planned. Saturday morning started with coffee and strolling the acreage at sunrise, only to find the best, quiet spot to catch it. And it was the start of college football (which is exciting for our personal interest) so it made the morning even better that we could watch it on the tv. My favorite part might have been the master bed, though - the bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable and dreamy. Thanks again, Robert! Your place is truly a gem!

Stayed Jul 30, 2023The home is beautiful. It is decorated perfectly fog whatever you might need. We rented the house for 3 months and did not have any problem at all. Robert the host was wonderful.
