The house worked out great for our stay! It was clean and spacious. It was in a good location to all of our activities. Erik was excellent with communication prior to check-in and during our stay.

Nice spacious home, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, toiletries provided and laundry supplies. Host was a great communicator. Easy walk to the broadmoor but there are bears in the neighborhood fyi. Deer also. Very cool trip for a family. They also have baby items - pack and play, high chair. Very well thought out vacation rental.

This was an immaculate house in a great location for our needs. The property manager was outstanding and made our staying there very seamless. We would definitely recommend this and we’ll stay there again. Kudos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Broadmoor Stunner”. We travel a lot in the winter months and we got so sick of staying at a hotel that we decided to try a VRBO for the first time. We were not disappointed! The home was comfortable and spacious for our group of 7. The kitchen was well appointed and we were grateful to be able to cook healthy meals instead of eating out. Each of the 4 bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The entire place was exceptionally clean and we felt right at home. We appreciated the attention to detail and provisions like ice melt for the driveway. Eric was also a wonderful host - very communicative and accommodating of our needs. We will definitely book this lovely home again if we are in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for the Broadmoor and the zoo. We were impressed how well the kitchen was stocked. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Responsive and helpful host. They even cleaned snow off the driveway! I highly recommend this listing.

Everything was as described in the listing very clean and the communication with property owner was great! I have nothing to complain about. Only thing I may suggest is a little more comfortable seating in the upstairs family room for down times but we made it work when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Our three generation family enjoyed this well appointed home. Erik quickly responded to booking request, confirmation & all the details for check in. This home is newly remodeled in a quiet neighborhood. Deer roamed through each day. The location is great, only a few miles from Edelwiess, our favorite German restaurant & Cheyenne Mtn Zoo. We highly recommend this wonderful home for a CO Springs getaway!!

Enjoyed our time in Colorado Springs at the VRBO. It was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking for our family. Nice location close to the Broadmore.

HAD A CONFERENCE AT THE BROODMOORE AND ON THE MAP IT LOOKED LIKE EASY WALK. HOWEVER THE WALK WAS NOT SO EASY AND WE HAD TO DRIVE THERE EVERY TIME. HOUSE WAS FINE, GOOD ACCOMIDATIONS, CLEAN, WATER PRESSURE NOT THE BEST BUT LINEN AND TOWELS WERE EXCELLENT.

We really enjoyed this VRBO. It was clean and in a great location. The host was communicative and made sure the home was stocked with everything needed.

Our adult and youth crew was prepping for Philmont Scout camp trek in Colorado Springs. The house was perfectly sited for us to acclimate to the altitude and had every feature we needed for a comfortable weekend, plus easy access to garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. Our hosts Erik was extremely responsive to questions and had the house immaculately prepared. 5 Star recommendation!

Place was clean, conveniently located. Garage was a little tight and patio table too big for the space. Would stay there again.

This was a great property. It is a 10 minute walk from the Broadmoor where I had a meeting. The house was 100% as advertised. It was clean and well-stocked with all of the essentials. Communication with the management was very prompt and thorough. Check-in process was very easy with the code to the door given the morning of check in. We were not at the home much as we were out and about in CO Springs, but it was very welcoming when we came back after long days of hiking.

This house was very well stocked with anything we could have needed and was very comfortable to hang out in. The area it is in is beautiful as well.

Owner/manager not responsive to questions. No communication at all once booked. The cleaner was sloppy.
