Beautiful property with lovely holiday decorations and a very well stocked kitchen for holiday cooking and baking. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walks and the location was close to stores, restaurants, and parks. We had a great time using the theater room and playing the piano and the house was perfect for family with multiple sitting areas. Everything was very clean and our host made us feel very at home for a Christmas celebration.

Amazing house, kind and responsive host, great location!

Only issue was the ice maker did not make ice, minor issue.

Property was in a great location - Broadmoor community. Immaculately clean. Well stocked which made it easy to stay there for a week. Pool was a nice feature for the kids.

Neighborhood was safe and house was clean but WAY too many trinkets and house was very outdated. The religious items in the house made me feel very uncomfortable. I definitely would not have rented this house had I known the bathtub was blue! This house needs to be updated. Also odd that the owners car was there the whole time. WIll not rent again.

Located close to all the tourist attractions in Colorado Springs with a nice pool to hangout in at the end of a day.

This was the best home I’ve ever stayed in. Stacie supplied so many essentials that are not usually supplied. The only thing we didn’t have was a crockpot, but anything else you could want was available. The pool/patio area was beautiful and relaxing. We saw baby deer right in front of the house. Stacie replied promptly to all questions that I had. If I return to Colorado with my family I would definitely rent this property again if it’s available. Highly recommend this property!!

We had a great vacation, and this was the perfect house! All 8 of us were more than comfortable and had plenty of room. Super clean and comfy. We enjoyed the pool, and the teens loved the theater room. Communication was quick and easy with host. The location is a great bonus as well. We would definitely return.

We rented this lovely place for the week of our DS graduation. Very quiet and comfortable. Just what we were hoping for. Backyard was perfect for grilling, swimming, and game nights.

We had a fantastic visit in Colorado Springs. Stacie was so nice and helpful with any questions I had before and during our stay. The home is so inviting and warm feeling inside. We found the space perfect for hosting our family which included 2 toddlers under age 4. We loved the pool and the location was central to all we wanted to do. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Springs. We truly had the most fantastic and memorable vacation ?

This property is a true gem. We’ve now rented it twice for graduation weekends for our kids. The house has everything you need to a great vacation. Pool is nice, backyard is great for relaxing or entertaining. We will miss not coming back. Highly recommend
