Stayed Jul 12, 2025Absolutely wonderful! Only downside is we wish we could have stayed longer! The beds were super comfortable! That is very hard to find. We had a very gracious host. Responds quickly. The home is beautiful, and you can easily tell that it is loved, as the attention to detail was apparent in every room. Will definitely stay again and recommend! Hope to see you next year!

Stayed May 24, 2025Family of 12 stayed for USAFA Graduation. House was spacious enough for my large family. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores and 20 minutes to USAFA. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The backyard was great with lots of seating, fire pit, hot tub, gas grill and fenced in. The host was great in communicating and check in and check out were seamless. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024The hosue is located in Broadmoor near the Broadmoor Retreat. it is close to many attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, the Zoo etc. We stayed there to attend the graduation of my sister (house is also close to Broadmoor World Arena). Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this property. We enjoyed watching some movies together in the nice cool basement (in the summer), speding time in the backyard in the jacuzzi and barbecuing and eating together in the large dining room. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook some meals at the house. Plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Our group of seven adults had plenty of room to spread out—many rooms with TVs for watching golf, places to work, tables for playing Chronology, and couches for visiting. The neighborhood was safe for walking. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and grilling on the patio. When visiting Colo Springs, check out nearby attractions like The Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, and 7 Falls.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024The property was well maintained and very well stocked! The neighborhood was lovely and we felt safe at all times. Grocery, pharmacy and restaurants were writhing a short drive. We used the outdoor grill and enjoyed the patio area in the evening. We highly recommend this property.
