Broadmoor Area Home Great for Families and Pets!

This was a great location for what we needed, the house was clean and a very quiet area

The house was perfect for our family. The living/dining area was a great place for us to all hang out. But if you wanted a little me time, the den was the place to get comfy and read or take a nap. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our holiday meals. We had deer visit us a couple of times. And our grandson found the Christmas star looking out the front window. The beds were really comfortable. Plenty of towels to go around and having a washer and dryer was very convenient.

Great place to stay for parents weekend with our son.

This was conveniently located near many attractions in the area. It was well maintained and very comfortable. Would consider renting it again.

This house suited our needs perfectly, everyone had their own room, plenty of room to go about our business, the kitchen was well-equipped, and John was a great communicator. The reason for the 4-stars is that the upstairs a/c just couldn’t keep up. Granted, we were there during 90 days, which are not common, but even with every unit going full blast at a good temperature couldn’t keep up with making sleeping comfortable. Nights upstairs - and upstairs only! - were not good. The bed, pillows, decor, linens - were comfy and all the right things were in place for a perfect weekend - but the upstairs a/c needs a tune up or overhaul. We will definitely stay with these owners again, all of the information we could possibly need for our visit is literally spelled out, making it perfect for my Type-A personality!

We were very impressed with this rental. The booking process was smooth and we had great communication leading up to and during our stay. The location was perfect and only minutes away from Safeway, plenty of dining, and local attractions. The Big House had plenty of parking and the rooms worked perfect for our large group. Would highly recommend for those looking for a pet-friendly place to stay!

My friends and I were celebrating the birthday of one of our group. We loved the location and the property was beautiful inside and out. Nicely appointed kitchen, and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Great front room for sitting around and talking. The weather did not allow a lot of time to enjoy the beautiful grounds but we appreciated being able to grill. We would have liked a hot tub but there is so much to do, we were really busy. Definitely a perfect choice for our group.

For the first time in years our whole family got together to spend new years in this lovely home in Colorado Springs. The house was so beautiful and perfectly placed so everything is not far away. My family really enjoyed reconnecting and for that, thank you!

Was so thankful to have a Christmas tree for our family during our vacation. This property is nice and we had plenty of space. The hosts were always so quick to return messages. I’d stay here again.

House was good, we celebrated Thanksgiving with my son who is stationed nearby.

We had a great time at the Cheyenne Bungalow. The house provided everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the property. We also love that the property is dog friendly. The owners and very reponsive and we will definitely come back.

Lovely property. Close to anything Broadmoor. Plenty of room to spread out. Even enjoyrd a visit from three deer who i think owned the property. Very easy to contact host who responded to questions about local doings. Very comfy beds.

We were in town for our son's wedding in May, 2024. We had 6 adults stay at the property, and everyone had their own space, which was nice. The downstairs living area had plenty of room when we had visitors over, the seating is very well-thought out and spacious. We loved the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the outdoor space was beautiful and made for a great backdrop for our pre-wedding photos. The location of the property was close to Old Colorado City and downtown Colorado Springs. The owners are amazing and very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay. Highly recommend this property for a large family outing or get together with friends.
