Good beds. Nice deck space and view. HVAC is good too. Great parking. (Tv provider has inappropriate channels so be aware). 2 Bathroom faucets should be upgraded as separate part of faucet head leaks to make goo drippings mixing with water from spout. One toilet should be checked at floor level w a rust leak at base. Noisy/busy traffic at times; would be nice to have a sound machine, and also, an air purifier machine to reduce time-aged smells. No massage chair as shown. Kitchen fan and light above stove need to work, and no real way to use fireplace, if workable. Washing machine needs clean anti-mildew cycle performed, and also some cleaning under the microwave. Thankfully, housekeeper let us know her number in order to access property with a required door code as VRBO makes it a scavenger hunt at times to find; of which we never received a door entry code from them in any manner of communication including by app, text, or by email. Parking directions were also incorrect from VRBO..door is in front with no walking up the hill, etc.

Nice clean home it had a beautiful back porch overlooking a creek.Enjoyed our visit. Homeowner was such a nice man and answered our needs and questions quickly. Would recommend this home.Only drawer back was beds are too high for elderly people.

We loved the location and especially that he had a nice covered deck that overlooked a nice stream, with geese, otter and deer.

Check in/out process was simple with great communication. House was clean but a little dated. Loved the back porch overlooking the creek! Great place to sit and drink my coffee! It also had spacious seating and a TV! The shower made gurgling sounds while not in use but made the owner aware and he said he would get it looked at.

The place was perfect for our stay in Bristol. The covered back porch was a great place to eat dinner or just hang out and hear the creek running below. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located near Bristol Dragway where we were racing that week. The owner even checked before mowing the edge of the property to make sure he didn't disturb us. It wasn't necessary but showed that he cared about our stay. We will be back the next time we race at Bristol.

Decided to take a weekend trip to Bristol with my family. The location of this house is close to all the activities and places we planned on visiting and having the creek as close as it was made for some relaxing times when we were done with our daily activities. The house was very clean and the covered deck with the swing and patio furniture was one of our favorites spots to hang out. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be one of our top choices for future visits to the Bristol area.

The owner has gone to great lengths to make this home comfortable. It was great to relax near the city but in a quieter area.

This house had a great central location in Bristol and was close to the places we needed to go. We especially enjoyed having Beaver Creek running right in the back yard and all of the wildlife it brings (we saw deer, mallards, etc.), and the host is really nice.

We were visiting sites in Bristol and Abington. The house was conveniently located between both. It was very clean and the owner responded quickly when I needed information. The deck had plenty of seating to enjoy the daily nature visit of deer, ducks and geese.

This rental is so worth reserving. It's clean, owner is onsite in his own home below this one and is very accommodating. The creek adds to the relaxation along with the amazing massage chair. We will reserve again if available on our next trip to Bristol. Sr.couple from Arizona visiting family.
