Stayed Jan 3, 2021It’s a beautiful, lush property with good space and proximity to the beach. We expected to have both casitas per the description on VRBO, and were surprised to find staff staying in one of the houses. When I questioned this and referred to the VRBO page, the staff was removed and the house was ready in about an hour. This should not have happened. Be sure you are clear when reserving that you get both houses as sharing is never mentioned on the website. Both coffee pots were broken and we had to rig one between the two houses to make coffee. We mentioned this to the mgr. but it was never rectified. The ad also stated a crib was available and it was not, so the mgr. somehow found one for us. We would have brought our own baby bed if the property description had been accurate. We had 3 bicycles which we used everyday and on the last day of our stay, the only women’s bike disappeared with no explanation. A few things need to be given attention, and the ad on VRBO updated or clarified, but we loved Hacienda Iguana and the beach is spectacular.
