Great location if you plan to visit all the sites and venues the Black Hills has to offer. Freeway to everywhere within 10 minutes. Close to restaurants and bars, and Lyft/Uber available if needed also. Backyard is huge and a great space for some Cornhole or a small BBQ.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025Clean and quiet except for the fireworks. This neighborhood goes all out for the 4th of July. We loved how the bedrooms were split and everyone got a quiet space. Could use some place tp hang up wet bath towels.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024We came to town for a week with another family for a total of 11 people. The house was big enough that we didn't feel crammed in and had plenty of room.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023My family and I stayed at this property and enjoyed it immensely. The check-in process was so easy. The house was beautiful and fit all of us comfortably. Chase was available for any issues that arose. I would definitely recommend Chase and his company for your stay!
