Stayed Aug 6, 2022Pleasantly surprised. For being on the small side (1400 s.f. ) it never felt cramped. Both downstairs living room and upstairs balcony had plenty of comfortable seating for 8-10 people. Plenty of beach towels, a large beach umbrella, some boogie boards and beach chairs, extra linen, plenty of dishes, a lot of little amenities that haven’t been supplied at other rentals I’ve been to. The location is great - a little tricky getting into the garage - the alley is very tight - but we really enjoyed hanging out here.
