Come relax in this bright and airy 3 bedroom, close to restaurants, the IB Library, and just 1.5 miles from the sands of Imperial Beach! DOD/ TDY welcome!
The Space:
This private, standalone home has a beautiful front porch with a brand new fence and charming landscaping. There is parking available in the driveway, as well as unregulated street parking. Walk through the fun, bright yellow door and into a large living space with Smart TV, and an open concept kitchen. You'll find the kitchen fully-stocked, including a Keurig coffee maker. Down the hallway is the guest bathroom (tub-shower combo). An office complete with a large wooden desk and computer monitor plus a fold down futon for sleeping will be on your right. There are two other bedrooms; a "master" with a queen-sized bed and ensuite full bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a queen. The garage holds a washer and dryer, and the back yard has a BBQ grill!

Guest access is completely contactless. You will be given a door code 2 days prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Imperial Beach is a thriving little beach town in the southernmost section of San Diego. Visitors are able to enjoy an array of activities from fishing on our classic wood pier, or jumping on a bike to hit the trails through the Tijuana Estuary or the Bayshore Bikeway taking you for a tour all the way around the bay. And did we mention our world-class surfing
The Imperial Beach Farmer’s Market is the only beachfront farmer's market in San Diego County, offering local fruits, vegetables and community art. This rental has a fantastic, central Imperial Beach location, across the street from the new Breakwater Center and just blocks to the San Diego Bay. Take a bike ride up The Strand to Coronado Island via Bayshore Bikeway or travel a mere 1 mile to the ocean at Imperial Beach Pier!
