When it’s time for bed you’ll have a choice of 4 beautifully appointed and spacious ensuite bedrooms, high-quality bamboo linen that keeps you just the right temperature while you succumb to a good night’s sleep.

The mezzanine deck provides a tranquil place to put your feet up and relax, read a book, behold the panoramic view or watch your favourite programme on TV without being interrupted. If you want to work, check your emails, or plan your excursions the office is the perfect place for you or a small team to huddle.

Moving outside there is an expansive sun deck where you can enjoy the sun all day and it's ideal for sunrise/sunset gatherings and alfresco meals too!
Stay in and spend the day sunbathing and swimming in a sparkling blue pool then enjoy cocktails as the sun goes down and the fire pit heats up, keeping the evening going outside by enjoying a South African BBQ/braai for dinner.

Water filtration system: The property provides safe, clean, great tasting water throughout. The fridge also dispenses filtered cold water, ice, and crushed ice.

Vespa Scooter: A Vespa scooter can be hired which is perfect for quick trips around town or for a couple to explore scenic routes.

Safety and security: The property is protected with an electrified perimeter fence, motion detectors and exterior cameras. The cameras can be viewed by you on 2 display units positioned in the kitchen and primary bedroom. The front gate has an audio-visual doorbell which rings inside the house allowing you to identify the person before opening the door via the display panel in kitchen and primary bedroom. The house is equipped with a motion detecting interior alarm system which is armed/disarmed by you. It is linked to a local armed response unit who will visit the house when the alarm is triggered. All security equipment is powered by an uninterrupted electrical supply.

Note: While the owners have access to the exterior cameras and doorbell, the internal alarm system, and electric fence via a mobile App they value your privacy and will only use the application in emergencies.

On arrival, our host will show you around, give you the keys/key codes, and arrange a convenient time for the cleaners to tidy up during your stay.

The wine fridge will be stocked and several goodies will be placed in the fridge to get you going.

We also offer Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth audio system compatible with multiple devices, and a tiered seating theatre where you can access your Prime, Netflix or other media.

Please complete the online check-in form and attach IDs or passports for ALL GUESTS staying with us, so we can verify that it’s really you when you knock on the door.

Ensure your contact details are correct, particularly your phone number and email address, so we can easily coordinate your arrival.

We've asked you to provide a few extra details so we can stock the house with a welcome pack tailored to your preferences.

Due to the property residing in a residential location, we are mindful about parties or gatherings being held on the property. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests at any one time, with a maximum of 8 people staying overnight, across the 4 ensuite bedrooms.
