It offers easy accessibility to New York City (35 min Via Metro North) and Westchester (via highways and local buses). The house is set up for WFH, with great wifi via Verizon. It's an easy jump off spot for a fun weekend in Westchester. It comes with a dedicated parking spot, never worry about your vehicle! Bars, restaurants, shopping, groceriesare all minutes away!

The upper unit on a duplex home, this house has two bedrooms with plenty of storage. There is a big living room and kitchen between the two bedrooms.

There is one parking spot available on-site. We do not have the ability to offer additional parking, but can help you find parking in the area.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in North White Plains. The homes nearby are filled with families and kids, it is common to see people out walking around and walking their dogs. It is a safe neighborhood.



Getting Around:

The house is a short drive from downtown White Plains. It is conveniently located directly off 287 and route 22, which can take you to northern Westchester. There is a stop and shop a few streets away, along with a CVS, gas stations, Dunkin donuts, etc. Everything you could possibly need is less than a 5 minute drive away.

    Easy access to get in apartment, nice neighborhood. Apartment had the necessities except no washer or dryer on premises you had to drive 5 minutes to a laundrymat. Place was clean and it was close to downtown and train 5 minutes away overall place was decent and i would stay again. The tv was a problem only has roku which is only old tv shows and movies wanted live tv but didn't have that.

    Owners were easy to communicate with. Space was perfect for what I needed. Was caught off guard by the third-party booking system. Check-in/out times aren’t aligned with what I’m accustomed to, although that wasn’t an issue - just something to be aware of when booking. Dishes /utensils left in the drying rack by previous guests. Would be nice to have some of the most basics provided for kitchen (salt, cooking spray, etc.), although not an issue. I just had InstaCart deliver from a local grocery store.

    An apartment on the a hill in a residential neighborhood. Apartment was on second floor and stairs were steep. Accommodations were well maintained and comfortable. Owners were friendly and available. Overall, a good stay.
