Wonderful apartment. Beautifully presented with little extras such as snacks, drinks, toiletries which were very much appreciated. Host was very kind and prompt with communication. Easy15 min walk to downtown.

Benjamin was a great host. He communicated very well and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The VRBO is located within walking distance of downtown on a quiet residential street. I highly recommend staying there when you are in Fairbanks.

Great communication before and during our stay. Benjamin was helpful with recommendations for restaurants in the area. The location was a nice quiet street, but close to everything. My only regret was that we had a lot of activities planned and didn’t have enough time to enjoy this house more! Check in was easy, parking was right outside the entrance, there are a few stairs to get into the unit and then the bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. Benjamin provided more extras than most hotels! We loved our time here and would highly recommend Benjamin’s rental to everyone.

Our stay was amazing! Ben was super easy to communicate with, the apartment was well appointed, the kids really loved the complimentary snacks, and the small touches like a baggie of toiletries for those who need them were very thoughtful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It's not very big, but it's very comfortable (certainly was for us and there were 5 of us). It was absolutely spotless, very well-organized, and very welcoming with all kinds of little details thrown in. We definitely appreciated the snacks! We also loved the area - it's a quiet residential neighbourhood not too far away from the downtown area and the two main supermarkets in town. All instructions and signs were clear and easy to navigate. Definitely thumbs up!

We had a wonderful stay, most comfortable bed on our trip so far. Quiet neighborhood, clean unit, love the Alaska decor, lots of snacks and drinks options. Host was very responsive, easy to access, and simple checkout. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

The rental was well stocked and had everything we needed! The host left treats for us and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The backyard was really nice and had a play set for the kids. We came for a baseball tournament and we were within walking distance of the baseball fields and a nice playground at the school. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Highly recommend.

Very convenient to airport and grocery stores! We were able to get 2 reasonable taxis at 2 am (flight delay) to the house and check in was a breeze! We were able to pick up lunch and cook dinner at the house. We had our 3.5 year old daughter and she had room to run around and be a kid! We also were able to get all our laundry caught up post-1 week into our 3 week Alaskan vacation! Would highly recommend !!

This property was perfect for our last night in Alaska visiting our son. Very clean, easy to find, and well maintained. Owner was very accommodating, offering a later check out if needed. We will consider staying again if we visit again.

Ben was a fantastic host! The place was exactly what we needed for our trip. Clean and lovely Alaskan themed. The snack basket was a great surprise that my kid loved as well.

The house was amazing! The property was centrally located making it easy to travel around Fairbanks. The kitchen was well supplied allowing us to make breakfast every day. The host was extremely helpful and even shared some bear spray when we went to Denali National Park. The host has plenty of local brochures to offer extra ideas for activities. Our main purpose of travel was to see the aurora and we were very successful with the help of a local tour company. I highly recommend this property.

The host was great, communicated well. We appreciated the snacks and drinks that were provided. The house was lovely. Kinda weird neighbors, loud throughout the night.

This is among the top places I have stayed in my 50 years of travel. The area is convenient and quiet, and the home was comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent.The host provided snacks, gourmet coffee, and chilled water for our use. These thoughtful touches made the stay especially nice.

Great place to launch our artic adventure

Very nice apartment. TV in.every room. The wife really enjoyed the comfortable living room with large TV. Good base location for getting around Fairbanks.

The place was cute, clean, inviting, and comfortable. Ben left a nice welcome letter and snacks for us too! We got to meet him while we were there and he was incredibly nice and made our stay enjoyable. I will definitely look to stay here again next year!

The perfect place for the 4 of us to stay for one night before our land and cruise tour. Close to the airport, town and restaurants.

We loved our stay while in Fairbanks. The house was very nice and had all the amenities needed. It was nice to come back after sight seeing to a comfortable living room with reclining sofas. We are used to a king bed but the queen was very comfortable. The towels were so soft. It is in a great neighborhood and was very close to all the sights in Fairbanks.

Lovely home, comfortable & quiet. Appreciated fans since a warm night. They made the bedroom cooler for sleeping. Clear, concise communication with host. A better rack or hooks to accommodate coats and jackets would be nice, but I realize it’s hard. Enjoyed looking at all of the Alaskan art.

Ben's place was great and he was super responsive to any questions. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Loved all of the laundry baskets available. One of the reasons we chose this place was for the washer/dryer and having the laundry baskets made sorting laundry a breeze.

After days on the Alaskan Highway, this apartment was the perfect stop before our camping trip in Denali. We had loads of laundry to do and we wanted to do a lot of cooking. This unit was perfect, and the hosts were incredible and friendly. The unit is thoughtfully and generously stocked. It had everything we needed. The decorations are thoughtful and fun. The home is in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed time on the paved river walk trail every day, which is a short 8 minute walk from the home. It was great to stretch our legs after so much time in the car. I can honestly say that this is one of the best VRBOs that I have ever stayed in. I hate how corporate some of the rentals feel. This was not the case at this rental. It was personable and you could tell that the owners care a lot about the property and their guests. Thank you for a great stay. We were well prepped for our Denali adventure.

I like it just used it to sleep. Big tv in living room. Temp could get pretty hot.

We needed a place to stay for one night in Fairbanks and Ben’s place did not disappoint. Upon arriving we were so tired - after unloading and eating dinner out we came back and I crashed. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the temperature was perfect. It was a perfect place for us and we would definitely try to stay here again should we return to Fairbanks! Everything we could possibly need was offered as well as candy, snacks and drinks. We felt very welcomed and at home.

We did not have alot of time to stay at Bright and Roomy, but we had a wonderful time with a great reception. We appreciated all the goodies left and the nice welcome note. The one thing I would have appreciated was a small mirror to use to put make up on and curl hair. Since there is only one bathroom, it would have been useful for 4 people. But all things considered, we had a great time for a very reasonable cost.

Property was easy to find and access. There was plenty of room for us(3 adults) and the beds were primo!! The kitchen had everything we needed and good coffee. You could hear the people underneath us, but not when we went upstairs to sleep. Loved all the Alaskan decor

We spent two nights here and wanted for nothing! We felt appreciated when we arrived to find a variety of free snacks and drinks. The house was easy to navigate and the cute signs throughout pleasantly communicated expectations. Although we live in Anchorage, we really enjoyed the Alaskan-themed decor, puzzle, games and books. The highlights of our time in Fairbanks were Ice Alaska (a must-do in March) and the Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum. In the home, we found there to be an abundance of linens and towels. Although we didn’t need them, the baggie of bathroom necessities was a nice touch for anyone who may have forgotten something. The dishes and utensils were plentiful for our family of four. I did two loads of laundry, which was essential given we were a week into our travels. The only thing worth noting for families with young children is that there is another unit below this one. Our 5 year old wakes very early and isn’t accustomed to walking softly. We made it work, but I’d recommending prepping your kiddos and practicing tippie toes and quiet voices if they are early risers who like to stampede the kitchen in search of cereal.

Ben was great to work with. When we locked the keys in the house, he was quick to get a new one to us. Place was very clean. The location was great, only minutes from our vendor event.

Clean, well equipped. Not lacking anything. Only 2 hours to Denali, one hour to Chena Hot Springs. Lots of museums and beautiful sights around. Terrific couple owns it.
