We spent the weekend at this adorable house. It was immaculately clean, well stocked, and in a great location.

Dawn's place was perfect for college drop off. It's spacious, sparking clean and close to everything. The beds were comfy and she added lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Dawn was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

This property was super clean and well maintained. The extra attention with treats for the kids and waffle station was greatly appreciated and enjoyed.

Quiet home in an established neighborhood. Near to restaurants and grocery. Only a 5-10 minute drive to Penn State. Breakfast is make your own waffles. We opted to eat at the bagel shop around the corner. Tesla charger a mile away. Host is superb. Would definitely stay here again. Lots of room for me, my wife and two teenagers.

We had the best stay at this property! The home had everything we needed and was so clean/organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, every shop or restaurant we wanted to go to was within 5-10mins. The kids room with toys and games was a huge hit for our boys and our 5 year old loved the waffle station! We come up yearly to PA to visit family and can’t wait to stay at this property again!

The place was absolutely lovely! It was so clean, tastefully decorated, and in a beautiful area. We were so close to Penn State where our son is living white working on his PhD. Dawn was wonderful to deal with and promptly answered any questions that I had. I will absolutely stay here again when we come back to visit our son!

Second time staying at this house. It's a lovely location and a well suited home for co-workers to stay together for a conference. Very clean and well-maintained.

The house was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything in town but also in a quiet neighborhood that had a park for the kids to play. I would definitely stay there again.

We were in town to do a college tour for my daughter and found this wonderful propoerty. It couldn't have been any better. The house was cozy and wonderful, check in was very easy, and the notebook about the property/town was just the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.

I rented the property so family members attending a large family event could enjoy time together rather than staying in separate hotel rooms. Mission accomplished. Everyone loved the home, which was lovely and exactly as described. Dawn was a wonderful communicator and excellent overall host.

Dawn is an amazing host, and her home was perfect for our weekend at Penn State! She thought of everything: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathrooms, hand soap by the sinks, dish soap—you name it! The kitchen was well stocked with everything, too! Easy access to the campus and stadiums, and the home is super clean! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay and nice to have a place where the kids had separate bedrooms, and the kids loved the morning waffles. Clean, quiet, and a quick drive to campus.

Welcoming, clean, and great location. The home has everything you might need. The host seemed to think of everything from games, a kuerig, a waffle maker with supplies, and plenty of towels for all. There's even bath toys for little ones. The bunkbed room is adorbale! Beds are comfy and host was quick to respond when we needed her. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Stayed here with a group of friends to go to PSU-u of I game and had a great time. House was perfect and had a great location. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean & conveniently located. We really liked this space.

We enjoyed our stay for our weekend. My grandson is a Junior and we came for a football game and to celebrate his Birthday. Dawn was so easy to work with and went out of her way to bring us a grill. Unfortunately we had made other menu plans so we did not use the grill but it was very thoughtful.

We stayed while the kids were competing in the PSU Ultimate Club Duals. It was approximately 10 minutes from the gym and the house was perfect. Check-in was seamless and we have no issues with anything.
