Bright Milford Beach House w/ Outdoor Shower

Outdoor shower and grilling area could use some work/cleaning up to be more inviting Overall a good spot!

Great house, host was very accomodating.......

We had a great time staying at this nice house by the ocean.We enjoyed meeting Jim who is the host of this property.We had one small hiccup and Jim was down there in 10 minutes and we were on our way again.The house was steps away from the ocean and the neighborhood was quiet.The amenities were fantastic like a ,stocked kitchen and a hot tub.We would definitely recommend this property for a coastal vacation!

The house was beautiful, well equipped with the essential for an home away from home. The location was easy to get to and is in a nice neighborhood that is near great restaurants a few within a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, in our beach chairs, we personally don’t feel comfortable in adirondack chairs as we’re bigger and always feel like we might break them. To our pleasant surprise there were fireflies in the neighbors yard, and we really enjoyed seeing the ocean and hearing the waves right outside on both of the front decks. The backyard picnic pavilion was very nice, with a fire pit and grilling area and lots of birdwatching. We appreciate the easy access to the private beach and that during our stay there were very few people sharing the beach with us. We are veteran beach goers so we always bring water shoes with us, they are needed for this beach, it’s a little rocky and there is some seaweed on the bottom in some areas, but with the water shoes it was not an issue. Communication with the owner was very easy. We look forward to a future stay in this beautiful home.

The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and had many spaces to relax indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and birds in the back patio by the Marsh. The unit had cooking supplies to prepare meals and location was great for restaurants and supermarkets.

We had the best time! It was clean, good location, and the owner was wonderful! We even got to go the beach in December! We would definitely rent this place again!!

Location great. Cleanliness poor. Long dark hairs in the bed, on bedroom floor, both bathroom floors and in the bath. Area under the sink needs a deep clean. Twin beds mattresses were so thin the coils dug into my back so I couldn’t sleep. I spent the whole week sleeping the sofa which was too short for me. Sticky kids’ fingerprints on the glass of the French doors.

Cute place right across from the beach. Had everything that you need to cook, even a vegetable garden with fresh tomatoes. Comfortable and clean. The beach access is across the street,.

Excellent location! Just across the street to the beach with ocean views from both floors. Plenty of room for parking. Wonderful, cozy great room. Found so many activities!Walkable beachBeautiful especially at low tideLots of seaglass for collecting!Kids loved catching minnows with a net in the creek at the beach. Older kids caught large blue crabs. Hermit crabs and cool shells. Walk to Charles island, Bayview beach, gulf beach. Beach supplies and liquor store just up the road. Activities at Bayview beach green. Great coastal restaurants nearby including Bonfire grill. Dogtown is great for fresh casual burgers, dogs, chicken sandwiches. Scoopy Doos for ice cream and Scratch Baking in Milford center. Great sunsets especially at Gulf Beach. Stand up paddle boards and multiple kayaks available for use. Sand area in backyard with bonfire kept the kids entertained at night. Needless to say, we are exhausted!

We were 6 adults staying at the property and had a great time. Good front porch for having a coffee and view of the water. Beach access right across the street which is really cool. Plus the outdoor shower! The layout was a little awkward for that many adults - you have to walk thru the room with the pull-out couch on your way to the master bedroom. With kids in the mix I’m sure it is no problem.

Spotless, up-to-date, scenery glorious out the front and back windows, garden so colorful and obviously attended to. Just a skip to the private beach. A perfect home away from home!

My husband and I were looking for a little get away with hopes of being by the ocean and this Bright Milford Beach house was perfect for us. There are many windows with views of the ocean and an added bonus were the views from the back which look out over Calf Pen Marsh with a wildlife nesting platform.
