Bright, Mid century Modern, 3 bedroom home next to Hendrix College

This place was exceptionally clean, master bed very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood close to Hendrix College and easy walk to Conway shops/restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

We love this house! It is always beautifully decorated for Christmas and feels so welcoming. The host responds very quickly if you have any questions. It has been the perfect place for our family to have Christmas together for the last three years!

Very spacious and clean property. The owner replies quickly to messages. Comfortable beds. However, it sits close to the train tracks. During our stay the train came through the closest crossing a minimum of two times a night and blows the whistle each time. This greatly affected a good nights sleep.

The house exceeded our expectations! The house was well equipped for our needs. The beds were comfortable and lots of space for our family! Would definitely stay here again!

This house is decorated adorably! The mid-century modern decor and tasteful colors, fixtures, etc. lend to a calm and cohesive environment. The house had everything we needed, and we were able to spread out. We had 4 adults visiting Hendrix College for the weekend, so the location was perfect. We’ll stay here again!

This is our second time to stay at this house. The first time we stayed with friends. We liked the house so much we booked for ourselves this trip to Conway. Very clean, just as pictures show. Easy to find and close to Hendrix College.

House is exactly as the pictures show ! Beds were extremely comfortable. House had everything we needed. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was great for being near the baseball complex and grocery stores.

The house was even better than expected! It was so spacious and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home for the week. Beds were extremely comfortable! Fully stocked kitchen. Roku TV's and all the games were great! Comfortable furniture. Felt very family friendly even with dishes/utensils for kids! Everything we needed was within a 5 or 10 minutes drive including grocery stores or restaurants. We come to Conway annually & have stayed in other rentals but will look to specifically return to this one for sure! Only thing to note is it is a few blocks from the train which does run late at night or early mornings & you can definitely hear the whistle. So if that might bother you, inquire about it. Even with sound machines, it woke my kids up a few times - was a bummer, but not enough to deter us from returning, but a future tenant may appreciate knowing that info.

Recently was our second stay at this rental property. The purpose this time was to prep for a wedding which the kitchen, dining and living areas were a fantastic space to work on projects and prepare.

The home is perfect for hosting and well laid out floor plan. We had plenty of comfortable beds and areas to relax. The open kitchen to the dining room was my favorite area. The Hosts were very responsive. I would recommend this property for small gatherings or relaxing getaway.

Our daughter attends school in Conway and this was perfect for a long weekend visit. The rooms are all large and the bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.

We love to stay here. It is so close to Hendrix College where our daughter goes to school.

Short weekend stay to visit our son for his birthday. Great location near Hendrix and house was spacious and roomy.

This was a great central location for our day trips to Petit Jean State Park, Hot Springs National Park and The Big Dam Bridge in Little Rock. Very clean and Spacious areas. Had a well stocked kitchen and appliances. Would stay there again if we are in the area!

Accommodations were perfect for our large family as we came into Conway for a wedding.Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of spaces to gather and either eat, watch TV or play games.

My family has stayed at this house twice now, and we love the livability of it. The openness of the living and kitchen areas keeps us all together. The bedrooms are huge and the baths are updated and nice. Easy in and out--great neighborhood--convenient parking--and you can't beat the location. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is really roomy, bright and comfortable. There were 6 of us and we had lots of room to spread out. There was plenty of cookware and new appliances that worked perfectly. The bathrooms were clean and modern with plenty of towels. The beds were comfy and had nice bedding. Everything was great!

The property was decorated for Christmas and it made it so special! The kitchen is well stocked. The atmosphere is so comfortable and welcoming!

We had our grandchild’s first bday here and everyone who walked in loved this place! We are frequently in Arkansas, at least once a month to the grandbaby, so we will definitely be looking for this property.

We enjoyed our stay, with family for our daughter’s graduation from UCA. The house is just as it was described, only better as it was decorated for Christmas. We felt at home!!! We are definitely going to be repeat customers! 😁

Our family had a great stay. The house is spacious and very clean. Host allowed us to check in early. And it was even decorated for the holidays which was a nice surprise! Would absolutely choose again.
