Your stay is professionally managed by The Midterm Collection. We are your Guest Experience Coordinator and will be your primary contact for all bookings, digital inquiries, and logistical support between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST daily. For non-urgent matters, we typically respond within 2 hours during business hours.



For your convenience and safety, an On-Site Property Manager resides at the residence. They oversee the physical property and is available for immediate on-site needs or emergencies. This hybrid approach ensures you have a dedicated digital concierge and a professional local presence for a seamless, secure stay.

Guest Expectations & House Rules

To ensure a comfortable, professional, and peaceful environment for all occupants, we ask that all guests adhere to the following guidelines:

Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Shared Spaces: Please remove shoes upon entry (indoor slippers are encouraged). We ask that you be mindful of strong odours and noise levels to respect the shared-home environment. The homeowner’s private office and bedroom are restricted areas.

Kitchen Etiquette: To keep shared areas clean, please wash and put away dishes and wipe down counters immediately after use. You have a designated shelf in the main refrigerator, as well as a private mini-fridge in your suite.

Spa & Wellness: The hot tub and dry sauna are available for your use at your own risk. Please shower before use, and keep the area free of glass containers. Note: For liability and security, there are cameras overlooking the backyard/hot tub area. Availability may occasionally vary due to maintenance.

Safety & Security: Please ensure the front door is locked upon entry and exit. This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free home.

Parking: Free street parking is provided via a physical permit. This must be displayed on your dashboard at all times and returned upon checkout to avoid a $100 replacement fee.

Laundry: Coin-operated machines are available on-site; please bring your own detergent.

Visitors & Pets: Only registered guests are permitted. We do not host parties or events. One small, well-behaved pet may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval; pets may not be left unattended.
