Bright Greensboro Escape ~ 1 Mi to Downtown

Everyone really enjoyed this space...perfect location and super cute inside!

Charming bungalow in the Fisher Park area of G’boro. The beautiful Fisher Park is a stone’s throw away from the house and it was such a lovely place to walk and take in the big trees and foot bridges. The home had most of what we needed (except no dishwasher pods). Beds were comfortable. Extra blankets, pillows and towels were provided. Hosts were attentive and answered any questions we had. Just a small suggestion - an area rug in the living rm & dining area and some blinds or drapes on the lovely dining room windows would offer more warmth and privacy. Thank you for a nice stay in your charming home.

We really enjoyed our stay loved the location and the closeness to everything. We moved our daughter out her for grad school so it gave us an opportunity to check out Greensboro and Burlington. The neighborhood was awesome to walk around and look at all the historical houses and park. Everything was well detailed and the host was very thorough and communicative upon arrival and leaving instructions. We didn’t have any questions and it made our stay comfy and cozy. Thank you! Beautiful property

It was a quick stay, but overall.an enjoyable stay. The location was the biggest factor. All amenities needed for my stay was readily available. The proximity of the grocery store was ideal for a quick healthy option.

We absolutely LOVED the house on Hendrix! Very clean, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Stylish decor and wonderful location too! Could have had a few more towels and extra sheets for me the sofa bed (which is very comfortable too!). But overall a great find in the beautiful city of Greensboro!

Great Location everything you need for your home away from home.

The porch was full of spiders and spiderwebs. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, it has a major dip in the middle and l had a bad night with little sleep. There was only two trash bag available for use. There should be more then two trash bags for use. We could tell the house hasn't been used in sometime by the dust accumulation on the front and back porch. But over all l was satisfied with the house and will use it again when l'm in Greensboro. The location of this house is excellent. Thanks

I came to Greensboro for a short getaway and was very pleased with my stay. The house is very cute and well maintained. It is located close to all major areas. Any place I went was always a 15 minute drive or less. house to stay at

Very comfortable beds, host was accommodating and responsive. Could have used more bath towels (only one per person) The house was rustic, not modern.

Not up to VRBO standards. Stated we accessible after 4 pm. Could not access for 30 minutes and several phone calls. Notice on the door said house failed to meet code. Walk in shower door cracked. Outside house unkept

This is a great house. It’s very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It is a very convenient location in a beautiful neighborhood.

We were unable to secure access. Called Evolve and they redirected me to the owner. Called around 3:00 and got their voicemail. Received a call back 2.5 hours later. I told Nick I thought I was scammed. Evolve said I had no reservations. There was a package on the front porch. It looked like someone’s house. The property manager, Nick, said Evolve would contact me and to date, no response. I disputed the charge with my bank.

Such a cute house with a great porch. We spent a lot of time on those rocking chairs. The neighborhood is charming with great parks and neighborhoods to walk through.

Magical, wooded park and gorgeous houses nearby. Property was perfect for our family of 4. Well kept, cute decor & adequate furnishings. Location was central to everything we wanted to do in the area. House had a concerning amount of plug in air fresheners, though. The smell was overwhelming. My daughter and I along with her two- year- old daughter stayed at this property for 3 nights. This was one of the best rental properties I've stayed at- clean, very comfortable, and the most well stocked of any property I've been to. There was plenty of toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towel soap, shampoo, etc. Even eating utensils for the toddler!

Loved the place. It was perfect for what we needed. A relaxing and quiet place that had ample space for what we needed. It was great!
