This fantastic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, pet-friendly townhome sleeps up to 5 people and is only 50 steps to the beach. Located in the wonderful gated-community of Barrier Dunes, this property enjoys access to 2 community swimming pools, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, a nice children's playground, and multiple access points to the beautiful sugar-white sand of Cape San Blas.

Unplugged 2 sits directly across the street from the Gulf-front pool - in fact, when your kids go for a swim, you can see them from the deck off the master bedroom. The decks are also the perfect spot to sit out, enjoy a drink, and watch the sunset at the end of a great day. There's no better place to unplug, unwind and relax than this!

Unplugged 2 is an end unit, so when you come up to the first floor, there is plenty of light from the wonderful bay window and the sliding glass door that opens onto a spacious deck. The deck has outdoor seating that looks across to the Gulf-front pool, as well as out over the peaceful pond and fountain. There is also a gas grill for cooking out.

Inside you are welcomed into a warm and inviting living and dining area plus the kitchen. The entire space is comfortable and charming. The living area has a comfortable sofa, along with several comfy chairs, and a large wall-mounted smart TV, making this just the right space to unwind and watch a movie or simply rest your eyes. The dining area allows everyone to share meals together and is also the perfect spot to challenge the group to a game of cards. The kitchen is well-stocked with most everything you need to either cook full meals for the family or just let everyone fend for themselves.

Beyond the kitchen is the guest room with a very fun and unique bunk bed. There is a more traditional queen bed on the bottom with a delightful single bed on top - but it's turned sideways, which makes the queen bed much more accessible. So, the guest room can easily accommodate up to 3 kids or it can be enjoyed by an adult couple. Between the kitchen and guest room is a full bathroom with a toilet, a single vanity, and a walk-in shower, and there is also a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

The second floor of Unplugged 2 is a dedicated master retreat. There is a comfortable king bed, beachy decor, a large flat screen TV, and a private balcony with a nice view of the pool and the Gulf. This suite provides the perfect spot to get away for some quiet time. The master bathroom has double vanities, a soaking garden tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a toilet. (This master bedroom does have a door.)

Additionally, we provide beach chairs and a pull-cart to help you get your gear to the beach. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from two-legged and four-legged family members after a fun day in the sun.

    This unit is located super close to the ramp and stairs for beach access, as well as being right across from the pool. We had our 10 year old and 7 month old with us and it worked out so well for our family. My baby was able to sleep upstairs and be undisturbed. And we could still have one of us easily walk down to the beach or pool with our 10 year old. There is also a second pool in the complex that is super close to walk to! Overall, this unit is perfect for a family. We also really enjoyed the grill and deck for outdoor dining!

    I've been vacationing in Barrier Dunes @ Cape San Blas for years, always a great experience as this is such a fantastic complex and location! This unit is nice, nothing fancy and could use some updating but it worked just fine for my friend and I. No frills, good furniture, clean, and very close to the walkway to the beach and steps to the clubhouse/pool. The parking is quite tight so be mindful of 2 cars only - and if you have a large or lifted truck, this won't work for you.

    Unplugged is a great descriptor of the vibe of Cape San Blas versus busier, more developed beaches. Our stay here was great, the amenities were fine, and we did plenty of cooking and grilling and didn't really lack anything. We were conveniently very close to both the beach and the pool. And Ros and Carolyn were absolutely great throughout the process, and helped out when I had an issue through my own fault. Highly recommended!

    This is a great property!! We own property in CSB. It was having work done so we rented this place! I’m so glad we did! Very relaxing, very close to the beach and pool. We were bummed about not getting to stay at our own place but once we got here, we loved everything about it!! Very pet friendly, the grounds around the property is spotless. Very impressed!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
