Bright, clean, beautiful home, Mantoloking, NJ, just steps to beach

The house is spacious and clean. Beach access is easy and the beach is amazing. The host provides all that you need to have a wonderful family vacation. The location is perfect, close to some excellent restaurants. We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and built in gas grill.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week getaway to Mantoloking. The owners, Christine and Carl, were very attentive throughout our stay. The home was perfect for our family. We loved the open floor plans and high ceilings on the 1st floor and were so pleased to arrive to a very well stocked kitchen, from pots and pans, to tableware and glassware, to household items. There was plenty of seating around the large island and dining table and the couch in the living area was very comfortable and cozy. The bedrooms were all very clean and spacious, and had large closets and comfortable beds. Because of Covid we brought our own bedding and towels but the home was stocked with ample bed and bath items. The bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoos and paper products which was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and outdoor shower very much. The deck furniture was very comfortable and we used the spa many times after our days at the beach. It was a very nice feature of the home. The proximity to the beach is another great feature of this home. All you have to do is cross Ocean Ave and Carrigan Beach is a few minute walk away. We absolutely loved this beach. It was very wide and never crowded. Many times during our 2 week stay, we felt like we were on a private beach. It was wonderful. We definitely recommend this home and will return. Perfect house a block away from the beach with everything one needs for a family getaway. The owner is extremely responsive and thoughtful.

Our family had a lovely stay at this comfortable, well equipped house. It worked well for adults and children alike. The large island and outdoor space with the grill made meals easy. The hot tub was big hit and the close proximity to the beach, as well as the shops and restaurants in Bay Head and Pt. Pleasant, made everything convenient. Christine, the owner, was helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great week!

We had a wonderful vacation! The home was clean, everything was provided, and the owners were extremely responsive when we contacted them with questions, etc. Liked the convenient walk to the beach. The only suggestion would be to provide a few more beach chairs. Other than that, everything was great! I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Excellent! We could even take our dog! The only thing missing were some bikes! We love to take bike rides and were somewhat disappointed they did not provide them.

Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and a beautiful house with all the extras.
