Stayed Jul 20, 2025Location, location, location! This home is in the heart of downtown Brevard. Lots of interior space and room for 2 vehicles.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. There was a previous review that made me a little nervous book because it mentioned a lack of cleanliness. They must have had that issue addressed because everything was nice and clean and I'm a detail-oriented and picky person when it comes to cleanliness. It had everything we needed and was comfortable. Both the husband and wife hosts were kind and easy to get a hold of. By far the best thing is being right next to downtown. It was great to walk to coffee, breakfast, and all the shops right out the front door.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We adjusted our stay to arrive one day early, and apparently this was not communicated to the Host via Evolve. When we arrived we didn’t have check- in instructions and the cleanser was in the unit. This was not a huge deal, but worth noting. The unit has a SUPERB location. Easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The layout is also fine. However, there are some major flaws worth pointing out: - The place was pretty dirty. The floors were not clean, crumbs and other treasures in the couch. Most notably, we heard scratching as we were going to bed on the first night, and my husband found a mouse in a sticky trap in a closet. So clearly they knew there was a pest problem. It was half dead so we had to deal with it, and when I alerted the host the next day, his reply was “ oops, it happens, thanks for taking care of that.” What the..!? The bathtub was also stained and unclean - The beds were terribly uncomfortable. In the main bedroom, the frame was on the verge of breaking and every time we moved, the screeched. The mattress was disgusting and stained when I stripped the beds at the end of our stay. - The second bed was like a cardboard box. Again, such a small thing to fix to make a big difference. - The blinds did not provide much in the way of light reduction and the street lights streamed into the front bedroom window. - AC was not the best so having a portable fan available would be helpful -The main front door handle came off every time we used it
