Stayed Mar 24, 2025We stayed for a week, adding on pool heater is a must, very clean, well kept, indoor/outdoor living, close to many nice restaurants. Have already booked a return stay for later this year!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We came from germany and stayed here in the house with our children and grandchildren for two weeks in November and it was wonderful! Everything we needed was there. Baby cot, towels, bedding and much more that sweetened our stay. The house looks rather inconspicuous from the outside, but has so much more to offer inside and there is no lack of luxury either. Our clear feedback: great!Everything was absolutely clean, in top condition and the pool was also very well maintained. Everything is furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. We all felt extremely comfortable. We found the equipment even better than in the description.

Stayed Feb 23, 2024We would recommend! This home has everything you need and more. The bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The Lanai was a great place for coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. The pool was clean, perfect temperature and very inviting! The location was close to stores, restaurants and beaches. The host answered questions quickly, was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 18, 2023We absolutely LOVED our stay. I selected this house because I wanted to explore the area for a future home. The house was totally new and the furnishings were new and very tasteful! Brad, the host was very responsive. A couple highlights, pool, comfortable beds and very close to nice restaurants and shopping. I also was pleased to see how close we were to Fort Myers and the beach. We rented a boat at Cape Coral Boat Rental and we went fishing. It was so easy to do, It was a great vacation!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Sorry for the late response, but we really enjoyed our stay at this house. The stores and restaurants are just around the corner. The neighbor is quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The lanai was a hit for the family. The kids spent countless hours in the pool. We loved the floorplan layout of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We appreciate the extra services he allowed to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your home.
