*Bright & Beautiful w/ Pool, BBQ, Upscale Area*

Beautiful, chill house, close to everything, only wish I could have stayed longer! Inside everything is modern, simple and clean and the nicest backyard ever. My favorite day chilling, having lunch by the pool in the backyard, then taking a Uber to Santa Monica for dinner. My sons was Universal Studios and my daughter’s was all the shopping-L.A. Marshall’s and Brandy Melville. Everything is within a half hour.

The communication with the host was excellent. The property was clean, private, and well maintained.

This house was exactly as pictured. It was about 30 minute drive from everything my teens wanted to do. The pool is a nice size and fairly deep. The BBQ grill was nice to use. There is a Vons grocery store about 3 minutes away by car. The host was very responsive. Area was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, clean, quiet and perfect for our girls’ trip. Lovely neighborhood and communicative and kind host. Would recommend and would happily stay again when in the area!

We had a great family stay at this property in Tarzana. The house is equipped with everything that you need during your stay. We loved the swimming pool in the garden which was great for the kids. The back garden itself is really lovely and well maintained. We loved the location too as it was only ever a 20 to 30 min drive to see most of the attractions in LA. The hosts always remained in contact with us making sure that everything was okay and if we needed any advice or tips.Overall, a brilliant stay in a lovely neighborhood central to tourist activities, with the back garden the highlight.

Good location to get to everything easily. Host was very helpful. Like everywhere in LA just need to plan for traffic. Great to have a pool at the end of the day for relaxing.

When we entered the home it smelled very pleasant and the home was clean. There is a few things that are needed for this home. The guest shower is very slippery - one of the ladies fell in the shower. There was only one washcloth and hand towel. The same for the master bedroom. The front door needs a new base door threshold. There are holes where you can see through the bottom of the door. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable and should be replaced. It is very well used. We would have liked ice cubes but the freezer needed to be defrosted and none were available. Thank you for the donuts upon arrival. We enjoyed the coffee although we ran out. Perhaps not your problem. Thank you

This was a really nice property to stay at specially if you have kids that like to swim . The house its self was amazing definitely would be booking again in the future .

We recently stayed at this holiday rental and I can confidently say it deserves a full 5 stars! The house was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The outdoor space was nice too, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Stayed for 5 nights with 2 teenagers. Within a reasonable drive from all major attractions, particularly Universal Studios. Property is well kept, in a nice quiet location and ideal for families.
