Make yourself at home in this bright and stylish two-bedroom home in the heart of funky South Austin.

The space has an open concept floorplan and huge new picture windows which provide fantastic light in all the rooms. Home has been renovated with modern cabinets, granite countertops and brand-new flooring. Sliding glass doors open out to a private patio and fenced backyard.

We designed the space for longer stays, including all the comforts of your own home and a dedicated workspace.

Perfect for couples, small families and solo travelers.

Important info:
- Primary bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom a twin bed.
- Parking for two cars, one spot is covered parking.
- Extremely fast Google Fiber Wi-Fi

We're a young professional couple that owns the place and we live next door. This is a unique unit that is technically a duplex or A/B home but was designed as a separate structure so that it shares no common walls. It's really its own little house with an attached carport.

The space:

- Spacious living room has comfy mid-century modern furniture and a 55” 4k Smart TV.

- Dedicated work-from-home space has a Herman Miller office chair and a motorized standing desk with a solid wood butcher block desktop. 27 computer monitor.

- Kitchen is renovated with modern cabinets and a large granite island. Equipped with everything you will need to cook, bake, or grill and serve a multi-course meal. New 5 burner gas range with griddle. French press and drip coffee maker.

- Large master bedroom has a brand-new memory foam King mattress and super comfy cotton linens. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in a ton of natural light. Custom blackout shades were just installed. Generous walk-in closet has plenty of shelving and storage.

- Second bedroom is smaller in size and has a daybed-style twin bed. The two large windows make the room feel much more open than its compact size. Built-in closet. This room can be converted to a second work-from-home station, if desired.

- Backyard: Private fenced-in backyard with tree-shaded area to hang out and relax. Patio set has seating for 4. Lots of birds chirping in the trees!

- Updated bathroom with new tile floors and shower backsplash. New rainfall style high pressure shower head.

- Your private washer/dryer is in a dedicated closet inside the carport.

- We have a folding mini crib which is 38 long (the same size as a pack 'n play) and a booster seat. Please let us know ahead of time if you need them!

Additional info:
- The attached carport is shared with us. You'll have covered parking for one car under there plus one additional car in the driveway.
- Level 2 EV Charger! Unit has its own dedicated J1772 charger with Tesla adapter. Fast 240V charging at no extra cost. There is also a 120V outlet in carport if needed.

Location:
-We are right in the middle of South Austin. There are a TON of great restaurants, food truck parks, craft breweries, hip coffee shops and live music spots within a 5-10 minute drive (or closer). We are happy to provide local recommendations!
-We're in a residential neighborhood with sidewalks and many bike lanes. South Austin is an eclectic area with a lot going on and you’ll hear the neighbors or some city sounds occasionally. That said, our place is tucked away at the end of a pretty quiet cul-de-sac of a residential neighborhood so mostly you’ll just see neighbors out walking their dogs.
-10-15 minute straight shot to downtown. About 7 minutes from trendy South Lamar and South Congress.
-12 minutes from the airport.
- Many grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive, including an HEB, as well as ethnic, higher end organic, local farmers markets
-5 mins from great hiking in Barton Creek Greenbelt and McKinney Falls. 10 mins to Zilker Park.
-Very close to St. David’s Hospital South and St. Edward’s University
-Residential neighborhood with sidewalks and many bike lanes.

We're Kate and Raphael, and we live in the neighboring unit. We're right next door if any problems arise. Always happy to give local recommendations and do whatever we can to make sure you feel at home and have a fantastic stay!

    My husband and I stayed here for 3 months for work. Raphael and Kate went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing! They are very attentive and happy to help anytime we had any issues or questions. The place is very well furnished and equipped to making a long-term stay very convenient for you. Their place is newly remodeled and very clean which makes it very homey. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Austin. If we ever find ourselves back this way, we will definitely stay here again!
