Stayed Apr 3, 2026This is a really lovely property; modern, classy, comfy, clean and v convenient. Lots of thoughtful touches in terms of decor and provisions such as bicycles, beach chairs etc. There's one pic shown with this listing that depicts the house/pool as being alongside a canal; it's not, and that was no bother to us whatsoever, but just mentioning it so it can be removed. Overall: a wonderful stay, thank you.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We stayed for 8 days with our 3 kiddos and it was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, pool was great and they have all that is needed for the perfect beach experience.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025We had a great time at Cocoa Beach and this property is family friendly. The owners were very responsive and everything was as described on the listing, neat and clean. Everything we needed was there including beach supplies. The pool was perfect and the home was walking distance from the beach. The property is close to the pier and other restaurants. It is only 50 minutes from Orlando. We were able to enjoy Disney and the Beach in one trip. I recommend this property to other families.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024This house was one of my favorite VRBOs that I've stayed. It was very clean and had all the little extras that a lot of other places don't have. Our trip was cut short due to hurricane Milton but I would definitely go back!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024We loved our stay at Bright and Beachy Pool Home. It was just as the pictures portrayed. The pool was amazing, the hot tub relaxing, and the ping pong and bikes kept us busy. We also had an incredible view of a launch from Cocoa Beach! All-in-all a great time! We hope to be back some time.
