Outstanding house, excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Easily sleeps 6 full size adults, was more than large enough for our family of four. Perfect back deck off the kitchen, excellent kitchen with everything needed there. Amazing rental with wonderful location. One street to the sand, just a few minutes to wonderful restaurants and fun

Lovely property with character close to amenities and most importantly the beach! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed reading on the deck as well as relaxing in the living room.

We couldn’t have Ben with our accommodations! They had everything we needed and more! The only negative was the marathon that was going on Sunday morning and we had a hard time finding our way out of the neighborhood to church! We loved everything about the house and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the location being a short walk to the ocean. Our issue was with the noise from the upstairs tenant, beyond their control. Because it is an older home you hear walking around, cabinets closing, doors etc. Normally this would not be an issue but because our travel was due to unexpected repairs on our home, we had our dogs with us. Our dogs were quite anxious with the noise making us cut our time in half leaving two days early. Although it is dog friendly, I would suggest leaving the pups at home if renting this location.

A great location, large fenced yard, dog friendly. Older home so just be prepared for that. Lots of instructions / owners notes and cabinets / family photographs which is not typical for most vrbos in my experience. Mattresses could use an upgrade and no privacy in the twin bedroom. Really functional for our party of 4, and can’t beat the location / parking / yard

Great place to bring our dog. Had to walk across Atlantic Ave. to get to the beach, but it wasn’t a problem. Fun to people watch from deck as access road is busy with people taking walks and biking. Would stay again.

Great property for a quiet family trip to the beach!

This property had everything we needed for our vacation to Virginia Beach.

we enjoyed our stay, i will add the deck was nice but needs some repair. and we were ask to strip beds and vacum ( the vacum was not very user friendly) and this should be part of why we pay cleaning fee.

Love the north end of Virginia Beach and loved the fact that we were able to rent this home for three nights rather than a full week. It was perfect for our needs!

This place is adorable and was well organized and clean! I have back issues and the beds were outstanding. Super easy walk to the beach which wasn’t crowded in this area. Met the owner and you can feel the pride she takes in this sweet place. Would recommend a couple extra towels but not a huge deal, we just threw in the dryer to be able to use for our evening shower. Will absolutely look into staying again! Only con is that the property manager is horrible about responding. Question on vrbo was never answered, called with no answer or return call, emailed and got a response day of check in which was pointless. Responded and it was two days after before she messaged again. Not how I would want my property handled but thankfully for the owner, the property was still worth the inconvenience of the property manager.
