Welcome to our bright and spacious five-bedroom home in a peaceful Blacksburg neighborhood. With 3,860 square feet of living space, abundant natural light, tall ceilings, and multiple areas to gather, this home is ideal for families, groups, and visitors coming for Virginia Tech football games, graduation, campus visits, or a quiet getaway.
Our home sits on a quiet street made for morning walks and slow evenings, just 2.5 miles from Lane Stadium and a little over a milefrom downtown. The running track is a 5-minute walk away, and the backyard offers plenty of open space to relax, grill, or sit around the firepit.
This is our primary residence, and we are grateful to share it with guests throughout the year. We keep the home clean, organized, and comfortable, and simply ask that guests treat the home with the same care we show when preparing it for your stay.

The space
Our home is designed to accommodate groups comfortably, offering several areas to gather as well as quiet corners to relax. Large windows and sliding glass doors bring in significant natural light, especially in the front room, which is lined with glass and overlooks the front yard. The main living area has a large sectional sofa positioned around a gas fireplace, creating a natural place for everyone to come together.
Upstairs, you’ll find all five bedrooms, including two king bedrooms that overlook the backyard and a primary suite with its own ensuite bathroom and expansive windows. Three additional bedrooms sleep a total of six more guests, making the home well-suited for large families or groups traveling together.
The kitchen features an induction stove, full cookware, and the essentials you need for meals at home. The backyard includes a patio, grill, firepit, and a children’s playset. With 0.36 acres of open outdoor space, there is plenty of room to enjoy the fresh air.
Central heating and air conditioning ensure the home stays comfortable in every season, and thermostats are located conveniently on both levels.
