Stayed May 25, 2024Well.. the house itself is very nice. However, we were walking around the house (inside) with socks on and our white socks were black. The floors were filthy.. When we went to cook, we discovered dirty pots and silverware as if someone used it and just put it back in the cabinets. Small ant like bugs were all over the place including the kitchen. Someone replaced dish soap with laundry detergent, so we had to wash our dishes with laundry detergent until we went out to the store, the lights in one of the bedrooms didn’t work… The beds were the nicest part of the trip and it is very comfortable. I was asked to take the garbage pail to the curb which was filled with garbage from other people “so I guess they didn’t get the memo”. For the price.. I would stay somewhere else closer to Miami… it really wasn’t worth it.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023Family of 8, with 4 kids and although the location is great, we are very disappointed. We chose this property, as per the details listed in the description, specifically to cater to the kids, as we are here for the holidays. Board games are all missing pieces. Air hockey table is broken and when 2 of our children tried to plug it in they were SHOCKED by the outlet. Basketball shooting game missing a ball and does not work. Ping pong paddles are broken. Ironing board,no iron. No dishwasher soap. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people for a 5 day stay. Toilet seat is broken on the hallway restroom. The hallway restroom door lock gets stuck, causing entrapment. There are ants everywhere. Washer machine does not complete spin cycle, clothes were soaked after cycle was complete.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022I was looking for a property next to family and this was the perfect fit. It had plenty of rooms which were all clean, all the bathrooms were clean, and the outside entertainment area was perfect for the kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better house. The host was very friendly and very responsive.
