The private entrance and keypad self check-in mean you arrive and leave entirely on your own schedule.





Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms sleep up to four guests across two beds, with two bathrooms serving the apartment. Room-darkening shades, clothing storage with closet space, hangers, a safe, and extra pillows and blankets are all in place. The layout suits couples travelling together, a small family, or friends who appreciate having their own space.





Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. Cooking basics - pots, pans, and salt and pepper - are available, along with barbecue utensils. A dining table gives you a proper spot to sit down for meals rather than eating on the go.





Bathroom

Both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, so there's no need to pack the essentials. Bed linens and towels are also provided for your arrival.

An elevator services the building, and parking is covered with free garage parking on the premises as well as free street parking nearby. A laundromat is also close by for longer stays, and cleaning during your stay is available on request.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does.
