Stayed Feb 17, 2024A couple of problems: 1) when I asked how many stairs led into the property, the host told me 3. Actually there was a total of 8 and two were pretty steep. I made it work, but I wasn't happy that I wasn't told correctly 2) Starting on the first night the heat wasn't working properly. The temperature was in the teens that night and the host said they would get someone out the next day. The heat continued to be a problem throughout the week, although the hosts did bring two portable heaters to help. 3) A very minor problem: there was no handsoap in the bathroom (just the empty bottle) so I went out and purchased my own. I left that bottle so the next person wouldn't have the same issue.

Stayed Mar 10, 2022I was by myself, but felt very secure. Plenty of areas to do your daily walk. Thermostat wasn't working for me upon arrival, and it was to be a very cold weekend. With only a short text, it was fixed by owner simply changing batteries. Thanks! Cozy after that! Everything was as advertised. Thanks for being wonderful hosts.

Stayed Feb 22, 2022We were going to a concert and booked the listing for 2 nights. As instructed we parked right out front and unloaded our luggage and parked across the street. Absolutely no problem. The location was nice as it's tucked in front of the fire depo and diagonaly across the street is the Crafton Police Dept. Right across from the listing is the cutest library. There is a Dollar General within 1,000 feet. The first thing we noticed when we opened the door to the apartment was it smelled like fried fish so bad. Maybe there's a fish fry at the fire department? It was a bit difficult to get the security box open that held the keys. Probably my fault honestly. Husband got it right open. The place was just as the picture showed. Super cute but when I went to go put groceries away first thing I noticed is there were condiments in the refrigerator and in the freezer was a bag of frozen vegetables. There was something that had dripped in the bottom of the refrigerator drawers. It was really gross. Then we started to notice a few things were not top-notch. One of the pictures in the living room had slid and you could see the cardboard backing. It looked like it was going to fall off of the wall. In the shower there were four or five large bottles of suave shampoo and conditioner (half used) all different fragrances. Like someone just left them there. So weird seeing how we did not know who had used them. Other than that the bathroom looked clean. Bathroom is huge. In the bedroom everything looked fine my only concern was that the box spring for the bed was showing. There was no bed skirt just the brown slightly rusted bed frame there was no headboard. The box spring was just the box spring; an old floral 1970s patterned box spring. It just looked unfinished and unkempt. We went to our concert came back and went to make dinner. All of the dinnerware was chipped and cracked. The silverware and utensils were spotted and looked really dirty. There was a open grungy looking bottle of Dawn on the sink. It's just hard to fathom that this is during a covid outbreak and we'd asked for a Primer Host. Nothing was sanitary or one time use. The microwave was clean on the inside but so coated in grease and grime outside that I literally used my nail to scrape the word gross into the front of it. No joke. I had such high hopes for this apartment but it just fell short. Maybe Jenna needs to get a new cleaning company. This apartment needs some TLC. Has such great potential.

Stayed Mar 3, 2022Quiet neighborhood, nice place! Very close to a police station and fire company which is very comforting. There were a few stains on the quilt and the bed was a little too firm. Overall I would come back
