Brigantine Retreat w/ Balconies - Walk to Beach!

Overall we enjoyed our stay but disappointed with beds old so springs make it very uncomfortable. Linens was not clear on what was included. Only sheets. No mattress covers for sanitary or comforters

We had a lovely family vacation in Brigantine!! We love staying on the South end of the island, it is quiet and the beaches are never crowded!This home had plenty of room for sleeping. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our dog. I read reviews so hope this information helps future renters. The bed in the master bedroom was very firm. My husband and I had a tough time with it. But it is nice the master is on the third floor so we could be away from our older children. The kitchen had everything we needed. The grill is very basic- we didn’t end up using it due to being out of propane. I could have called the owner but I didn’t. It wasn’t that big of a deal for us. The owner was responsive to email.The furniture in the house seemed new. While it has a beach entry at the end of the street- you actually go on to the beach one block over on Ross. It is a long walk to the water! We are used to it as we have been staying on the south end for years- but good for renters to understand! Overall nice stay. Thank you.

The townhome where we stayed was exactly as advertised, and included everything we needed to be comfortable and have a great vacation from the moment we walked in. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to spend time in your townhome.

Before even getting to the home, the owner (Ana) and the property management company (Evolve) were amazing to work with. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. It is exactly as described and pictured. Every bedroom has a nice TV and an alarm clock, which I find most places neglect. Comfortable beds, a bathroom on every floor, a well appointed kitchen and a dining area that you will rarely use for meals because the 3 balconies are perfect for al fresco dinning! Even the gas grill was clean and ready to use. It's not far from the north beaches and a short drive or bike ride to several other beaches as well as mini- golf and shopping including an Acme that is open until midnight. This was the perfect choice for our group; 2 mature couples (one with a small dog) and a teenager! There are 3 levels to this property so there are a number of stairs to deal with and even though I'm no spring chicken they were never a problem. I will stay at Ana's place as often as possible!

Great location. Some relatively minor issues with the actual place.

This townhouse is located in a very nice quiet area with near by restaurants, seafood markets, several beach accesses and close to SteelPier. The townhouse was very spacious for my family of 8, with a fenced in yard which is a plus if you have pets or children, several balconies with enough seating in each area. We where also left with new sheets to be put onto our kids bunks. Each bedroom has enough space and easy access to a bathroom. The only downfall was when arriving we had to clean two of three bathrooms.
