HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS
At The Brigantine Beach House, we want guests to understand that vacation rentals differ from hotels. Normal wear and tear and occasional maintenance issues may occur, but we address concerns as quickly as possible.
CLEANING
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay. Minor oversights may occur, but significant issues will be corrected promptly.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Appliances and systems may occasionally malfunction. While we cannot guarantee against unexpected issues, we will work quickly to resolve them.
