Stayed Aug 21, 2022Great property. The house had everything you need for a week's sray from pots and pans, dishes, games, small appliances. The place was very clean and well organized. Close to the beach and Shopping. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. Highly recommended. Village Realty had it ready early which was great.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Arrived and the pool was disgusting and not useable our first day. The fridge was not very clean and we had to wipe it down. Called the realty company and they were very apologetic and helpful got the pool issue fixed but we still had issues with it later on the week. The dryer wasn’t working well called the realty company and they sent someone out and fixed the issue. The fire alarms also went off 3 different nights. All in all our stay was good! We loved being close enough to walk to the shops and I feel we worked out any issues for the people coming next week! It was just a pain with the minor issues we had. Don’t think we’d rent again but that’s mainly because of all the stairs. Loved bringing the dog and the fenced in yard!! We also loved the easy walk to the beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Another beautiful stay at Brigadune!! This is our second year at Brigadune and we're already reserved for next year! This is a beautifully appointed and maintained home, welcoming to both people and dogs. The love and care in this house is obvious and Village Realty does a wonderful job ensuring our vacation was comfortable and relaxing. Looking forward to next year and highly recommend both the house and Village Realty for vacation needs!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a FABULOUS way for sorority sisters and their husbands to celebrate their 70th birthdays. Brigadune was the perfect house to make many new memories. My sisters always thought I was organized, BUT this house had everything labeled and ready for our fun reunion. We hope more of our sisters will join us when we hope to return in 2 years to our new favorite destination, Brigadune. Ruth Anne, Christy, and Linda

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is our fifth year coming to the Outer Banks. Village Realty is now out favorite realty company and Brigadune is our favorite house. We're already looking forward to next year!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a FANTASTIC stay at Brigadune!! Beautiful house, well maintained and appointed for everybody's comfort from humans to canines!! The Village Realty staff were friendly, helpful and communication with the office was a breeze. We're already reserved for and looking forward to next year!!
