Property manager was super friendly, beautiful place with a resort feeling. Will definitely be renting here again whenever we’re in Seattle again!

The property is situated in an upscale neighborhood. The studio is spacious, clean, and quiet. It has a big area for my dogs and me to explore. Though I did not use the swimming pool, it is nice to sit by the pool and enjoy a meal. The host even gifted me a small Starbucks gift card, which was so thoughtful. It is a gem!

Great space and owner was very accommodating with our early arrival.

Beautiful, quiet area and a very large park nearby for walking and for horses. Very friendly upstairs owner who we asked for an iron and ironing board and he brought it downstairs right away. Would definitely stay there again.

Place was clean and quiet. Parking was easy. Would stay there again.

Outstanding host and amenities

Wonderful woodsy location, large yard and cabana, pet-friendly for my little dog. Great walking trails and neighborhood. I did not use the pool. Yard was large but unkempt. My little room was great for one person. I didn’t use the huge tv as I didn’t hang out there. I would rent again for a short stay. Note: There is an undercounter refrigerator and microwave, some plastic dishes and glasses were supplied as well as flatware, but there was no way to wash up pieces used. Would recommend a plastic dish tub and dish soap be supplied.

The host was excellent communicating with us and had very detailed instructions on where to park and how to access the unit. He also gifted us a Starbucks gift certificate as an amenity which was a very nice surprise!The room itself was very clean and well stocked with paper plates, silverware, coffee, towels etc..The reason for the low rating is the pool area and entrance to the room was unkempt. An old rusted refrigerator was to the left of the entry door, the screen door could not be closed and had to be dragged out to open it, finally the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and smelled. Pool cleaning equipment, chemicals and hoses were spread across the pool deck. Unfortunately The ratings of “ exceptional “ were very inaccurate.

This home is very conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood. The private walkway to the unit is a nice amenity. The unit is very nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. The hosts were upstairs if needed. It was a lovely 2-night stay and I plan to be back in October. I highly recommend!!

Excellent new technology on the large screen TV. Their fridge and freezer is top of the line. Would stay again.

The host was helpful in providing practical information regarding “wash and fold” services, where to print documents, etc. The location is ideal - centrally located between Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond. The neighborhood is safe and has lots of trees around.

The perfect spot to stay. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outside environment because of weather. But for the price I think this the best bang for your buck!

James was a super nice host, very personable and helpful when asked. Made us feel very much at home and relaxed, we would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet and peaceful - a perfect place to recoer from a medical procedure before traveling home out of state

We came from Spokane. This was a great little place to hang our hats and get some rest between trips into the city. There were nearby conveniences and an easy little hiking trail across the street. Only suggestions would be to turn the showerhead's water pressure down, and sometimes Alexa did what she pleased. Like the radio and lights would just turn on which was jarring. But the bed was comfy and clean, that's all I really need.

Had a great time, Jim was the best host. We paid for spa heat and was nice and toasty. Beautiful backyard with spring blooms. Very close to downtown and Cougar Mountain Zoo.

Property was great! Clean, cute, cozy! Loved the welcome letter with tv/lights instructions and GC, very nice! Most places don’t share how to use things. Will be back!

The apartment is a large room with an excellent bed. There is a nice closet and bathroom. Although it is a lovely, woodsy neighborhood, the access to shopping and Interstate 405, are very easy. The owner is very kind and helpful.

The host was very accomodating. The place was exceptional. The entertainment was very fabulous. It had Netflix, Amazon, cable with surround sound. My husband really liked it. Very clean and everything you need was there. Keurig coffee machine, fridge, microwave. And the location was very nice. Definitely, we will book this place again. We had an amazing stay.
