Stayed Jun 1, 2023I don't know where to start and I am restricted as to how long this can be. The owners were great communicators and very welcoming, but our positive experience ended there. We drove. up to a huge dirt pile and wood scrapes, and downed branches around the yard. The steps to the front and side door where loose or missing (not great for a bunch of older ladies.) Inside, the space and the layout were great. But there were crumbs, unemptied garbage, shoes, toys and even controlled medications in a drawer. No hot water in the basement shower. Some beds so hard, slept on the couch instead. Bedding and many towels were old and kitchen dish towels were moldy. No wifi and while they were responsive, I ended up spending more than 2 hours and ended up using a hotspot. We have stayed at places rated 5 stars and they reflected it. This place was a whole new low. Especially upsetting as I made all the plans and this was a bucket list trip for this group.

Stayed Jul 21, 2022Ervin was a pleasure to deal with and he has a nicely decorated and clean house in Bridgehampton area. The high ceilings and skylights made parts of the interior even better in my opinion. The pool (the diving board was great) and outdoor bbq area and deck were also clean and well maintained. There is also a large half-court outdoor basketball court and plenty of yard for the kids to play in as well. We all really enjoyed our stay and the kids all had such an awesome time!
