We loved this property. Although it was just the 2 of us, we loved all the room. We loved the sunset views on the back deck. The owner paid great detail to all the little things. There were pods for the laundry, soap and shampoo in the showers. The property felt clean and new.

This roomy rental is a little hard to find at night using Carplay GPS as the only roads and driveway are mostly unlit, narrow and treacherous. The home itself was unlit so difficult to see, but we called the local agent who came out on the road to help us. The views from the back deck are amazing and the best feature of an otherwise soulless and shopworn place. The stovetop is either blast or off, the washing machine is incredibly noisy & needs replacement, there are no grab bars or mats in the slippery bathtubs, and the indoor steps are very slippery even with shoes on. We were given 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels and 4 washcloths for 6 people for a week's stay, but were delivered a similar load when we asked for more. There is plenty of room to spread out here, but with only a few pieces of generic art, it's not what could be called homey. You have to take your garbage down the road, there's no recycling and the cookware is poor quality. The area is very quiet other than sounds of nature, which is a nice feature. Room darkening shades would be helpful in the bedrooms. We probably wouldn't stay here again, because, for the price paid, we're more accustomed to staying in quality homes that were built, furnished and supplied with safety and comfort, and actually someone's vacation home, not just a cheaply built rental.

The pictures were all very accurate. Only challenging part is the driveway which is a bit steep but should not deter anyone from staying there. Great communication and very clean property.

We had a family weekend to visit college kids. The house is beautiful, easy to find and close to restaurants and stores. The view is amazing - even though it rained all weekend.

Beautiful home and view. Not far from Austin and State Parks. Enjoyed being out of the city but still close enough toenjoy.

This property was exactly as described. Easy to check in, house was very clean, the 4 bedrooms as described, lithe fully stocked and the views amazing!! Very very happy. Also very close to Austin, which allowed myself and my kids (22, 16, 14, 8, and 3) the ability to come and go as we pleased and not too far. HEB super close for grocery delivery as well. One thing I would add more of is towels. Additional bigger towels would help out in each bathroom, maybe I missed them, forgive me if I did. But 5 stars all the way!

The owner doublebooked the house so we did not get to stay at the house but one of his other propertys. The owner knew about the doublebooking beforehand but lied to us about it and said it was right house. Eventuelly he owned up and admitted about the doublebooking. The house we stayed at were of similar size but more stairs and not the same view, still a good view though. 2 of the bedrooms were in the basement next to the garage. Watch out for scorpions in the basement! The house itself was a bit bad equipped in the kitchen, more for heating than cooking. The area is not for walking around in, but close with car to the city. Good HEB around the corner. All and all, ok house but expensive, bad owner, ok area doublebooking.

An amazing place for three couples! Everyone had a bath and a patio! YES there is a 4th BR that jack and Jill shares a bath. The view is amazing with beautiful sunsets every night. Convenient grocery and restaurants. Highly suggest Grove Wine Bar for food!

Everything you need for a stay in Austin. Family in for a wedding and so conveniently located!

This house is very nice. The person that we were in contact with was very polite. The only issue was the little road to get to the house is narrow and steep, but that does not make it bad. We enjoyed our time greatly!
