The Space:

Designed for easy coastal living, this welcoming home offers space, comfort, and flexibility across light filled interiors and relaxed outdoor zones. Dual living areas provide plenty of room for everyone to unwind, whether you’re stretching out on the lounges, enjoying quiet downtime, or gathering together after a day at the beach. Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating ensure year round comfort throughout the home.



The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including an oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher, along with everyday pantry essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil. A dining table seating six sits alongside a generous island bench, creating a natural hub for shared meals and conversation.



Step outside to a standout outdoor entertaining area where coastal living truly shines. The outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ, bar fridge, and ample prep space, making alfresco dining effortless. Nearby, the private pool invites refreshing swims while kids play and adults relax, creating an ideal setting for long sunny afternoons and evenings under the stars.



Four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for families and groups, with an additional sofa bed available on request for extra flexibility. A full laundry with washing machine and dryer, along with off street parking, completes this well equipped holiday home designed for stress free stays.



Bedroom 1: Spacious primary retreat featuring a king bed and a private ensuite with freestanding bath, walk in shower, and dual vanities.



Bedroom 2: Comfortable queen bedroom ideal for couples or additional guests.



Bedroom 3: Cozy bedroom with a double bed, perfect for relaxed stays.



Bedroom 4: Family friendly bedroom with two single beds.



Additional sleeping: A sofa bed is available on request to accommodate extra guests.



Guest Access:

Entire property available for guest use. There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self check in. Please Note: The spa is currently out of service and will not be available for use until after August.

Walk or drive to the many local places close by. Ubers & Taxis also available if needed.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*Please Note: The spa is currently out of service and will not be available for use until after August.



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
