Briarwood: Newly decorated; heated pool, lake view, w/outdoor lanai space & TV

This property was perfect. It was very clean and spacious, with all bedrooms nicely separated, without feeling too big, but providing privacy. The pool and property are beautifully maintained and the lanai made eating and relaxing outside very comfortable, knowing bugs would not be able to get inside. They also provide a bunch of pool floats so you can relax in the pool. When we weren't in the pool, it was nice having a fan over the eating area and a large tv to the side, along with new furniture with comfortable cushions and a large patio umbrella, making it easy to stay outside all day and well into the night.The hosts thought of everything you need for your stay - fully stocked kitchen, sheets, blankets and comforters for every bed (all made upon arrival, with extras in the linen closets). They also provided plenty of beach/pool towels, bathroom towels, mats, hand soaps, cleaning products, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, sponges, paper towels and toilet paper. They even provided mini-shampoo and bar soaps in each bathroom to start you off, in case you forgot to bring them. We felt right at home and were able to walk in, put on our bathing suits, jump into the pool and start our vacation.The hosts were very responsive to questions leading up to the trip as well as while we were there. They are super organized and provide a binder with a list of things to do.We highly recommend this property and owners (who have other properties in the area) and hope to be back again!

Prime location and very clean!

The home was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Very well-appointed house that had everything needed for our stay. The only downside was the master bed was a little uncomfortable. Tammy responded to questions and concerns promptly. We will definitely consider this or other properties she has available for our future trips.

We had a great vacation at this house. Very clean and comfortable. Exactly how it was advertised. Great location to see 5th Ave, Tin City, Naples Zoo and everywhere else we wanted to go.

The house had many conveniences , like lots of pool toys and fun family movies. We enjoyed many nice memories. Having said that, we thought the cleanliness was sub-par. We found a cockroach beneath the couch, many centipede like creatures crawling on the curtains, in the shower, etc. In addition, the linens and pillows did not feel fresh…we needed a extra blanket and the one we found in the closet was covered with dandruff and hair (it seemed to be animal hair).

Loved the home in Briarwood. Nice location in Naples. Quiet neighborhood and the house was very clean as was the pool. Backyard had a small lake with lots of waterfowl and a couple of otters! Tammy was very responsive and always answered her phone right away, which is impressive in this day and age. Would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay when you have a large family. Lots to do and easy access to the beach and downtown. Very nice!

Everything was great, everything worked, great location, wonderful community. Getting the guard at the gate to recognize our visitors was a bit of a challenge, but not too bad. The only reason for the 4 rating rather than a 5 was the quality of the upholstered furnishings - everything soft except the couches needed to be either re-upholstered or replaced - including the deck furniture which was not what is pictured in the listing. However, I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our trip to Naples. We stayed in this beautiful Briarwood property and can say it was nothing but smooth comfort and fun. The house was clean, full of all needed items like towels, dishes, silverware and very tastefully done furniture. We loved the gated community and used the supplied bikes in the garage to get to and from the tennis courts with ease. My family loved Naples so much they finally decided to start making the move down there. All in all an amazing and successful vacation.

Loved the house, neighborhood, tennis courts, etc. The only complaint, too many high additional unexpected fees which bring total cost higher than expected.
