Brezza Marina - Prime Oceanfront Location - on Promenade!

The location couldn't be better imo. The beds and bedding were especially nice too. We will be coming back with the whole family next time :D

We had a wonderful trip. The parking is very tight for larger SUVs and trucks. The location is beyond perfect though!

We loved the house- kitchen had all the amenities- fireplaces were awesome and easy to use and the views!!!! Spectacular- beds were so comfortable with great linens and bathrooms stocked perfectly- mikes instructed were clear and easy to follow. Everyone loved it and we had a great time.

Property is a great location and the home. This was our second time at this property. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, etc. It is in walking distance to Broadway Street and beach access is across the promenade and down the sandy path. Great weekend!

This was a great property for so many reasons.1. Owner gave great communication2. BIG kitchen that was stocked with everything all we needed was to fill the fridge with food.3. Furniture was very comfortable and had plenty of room for 8 adults.4. Prime location.5. Even though it is a duplex we NEVER heard the neighbors. Very quiet6. Beds were comfortable.7. We liked having duel fireplaces.8. Great Ocean Front Views.9. As advertised, NO Surprises just a great property When we go back to Seaside this is a property we would DEFINITELY stay again 100%. This is a gem on the promenade. Just what our family needed to celebrate a birthday. Thank you Mike.

Brezza Marina was perfect for 8 adults and space to enjoy each other and enjoy the ocean view right outside the front Windows. Loved the fireplace! Want to come back!

The house was everything as advertised and much more. Our host Mike was absolutely great.

We loved our accommodations in Seaside for our family. We were close to all the attractions that Seaside had to offer but away from the craziness that a resort town sees in July. The house was beautiful with big windows that we were able to watch whales everyday! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone with a large group!

I cannot say enough about how great this house was for our group. Perfect size for our 2 families & the bikes were such an added bonus! Loved being able to just walk across the promenade and get to the beach easily. Plenty of towels, bedding, dishes etc. Thank you for creating the perfect space to make lasting memories!

This home has the best location in Seaside. Ocean views and everything is a short walk away. The house was very clean and is as advertised. We will return.

Great location and lovely condo. The only negative for our group was only 2 tvs. One in a bedroom and one in the downstairs area. Not one in the upstairs common area and the other bedrooms.

What a beautiful property and experience. We had an amazing time and the owner was very kind and communicative. We would love to stay again!!!

This beach house was just as advertised and was perfect for our family of 12. Being able to walk out the front door and be on the beach in a few minutes was perfect. I’d definitely recommend this home.
