Tucked into a quiet Brewster neighborhood, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat makes every square foot count — smartly laid out for families, welcoming for dogs, with a hot tub waiting at the end of every beach day.

The house
Sleeping space for 9 in beds: two king bedrooms (one with its own private half-bath), two twin beds upstairs and two downstairs, plus a pullout trundle twin. A large L-shaped sectional in the living room comfortably sleeps two more, and a pack 'n play is available for babies. With 2.5 bathrooms, there are no morning bottlenecks. The open living area has a 65 smart TV with surround sound for movie nights, a second TV upstairs, and a full kitchen that's genuinely equipped for cooking — not just reheating. Washer and dryer on site, linens and towels included, keyless entry for easy arrivals, and parking for 4–5 cars.

Outside
Soak in the hot tub under the Cape Cod stars, gather around the fire pit, grill dinner on the deck, rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach. Tesla EV charger in the garage.

Location
Biking from the front door is excellent — sidewalks run from our street all the way to Main Street Brewster, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and Nickerson State Park, whose clear freshwater ponds are made for swimming. The famous Brewster Flats are an easy bike ride too, just over a mile. Beyond biking distance, it's all a quick drive: the National Seashore beaches (about 10 minutes), groceries and everything else in Dennis, Harwich, or Orleans.

Dogs welcome
Up to 3 dogs welcome — trained, well-behaved, and never left alone in the house unless crate-trained (then they stay in the crate, please). Sorry, no cats.

A year-round escape
When summer ends, the hot tub, fire pit, and cozy living room keep this place special — fall foliage weekends, quiet winter getaways, and holiday gatherings all work here.
